This company remains helpful till you sign agreement with them and they treat you. Their customer service is POOREST. It is easy for you to decide if you want to make decision to get a treatment from them
I would suggest you to call them and to select EXISTING CUSTOMERS. You would see THEY WOULD NEVER PICK UP CALLS FROM EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
Then you try on NEW Customers and would be delighted to hear a friendly helpful customer adviser.
Go with them if you DO NOT WANT POST TREATMENT CARE!

Sorry not a patch on the old products, so disappointed did not like the meals or soups at all and shakes were just ok

It's been wonderful for me
I have lost 3 stone now and am going to continue .
I found the shakes very good and tasty ,the advice about what to eat is very helpful.
The staff are so helpful when calling them and quick delivery of the product .
I highly recommend the products as a weight loss programs

I bought Strawberry and banana shakes ..... I normally stay away from shake diets as I don't like the texture of after taste some have. I add banana/strawberry and cinimon honey to the mix and blend. Love it I could live on it

Disgusted that on 20th August received meals with best before date of Aug 16
Generally the food is ok, other than the corn chips and porridge which are horrible. I was however really annoyed that on 20th August 2016 I received a load of meals with a best before date of August 2016. I have tried to contact Weight to go about this but am only getting ansaphone and they have not got back to me. As a customer of some years now I think the very least they should do is send me goods to the value as a gesture of goodwill and for compensation as it will be impossible to eat the food sent before its shelf life expires.

Brilliant service
I lost 3 stone. Now I'm hooked on the shakes, which I still have each day, mixed with different fruits. I've always had really good service and I would really recommend this company to any customers.

I will never again use Weight to Go, 4 days to deliver my order even though I paid for Express 48. I can buy this product from a company that can deliver when they say they will deliver.

tasty snack bars
First time buying from weight to go and have to say my purchase was fast delivered after ordering , good value for money and very tasty. The 3x flavoured snack bars are amazing and def take that edge of if your feeling peckish. would def recommend them and will def be buying them again.
