The meals are good but i find to much potatoe, I am starch intolerant so I leave half the meal because of the potatoes.

Lack of choice
Always excellent customer service but severe lack of choice on soups and continually out of stock with vague responses given when enquired several times. Have now ordered from another company to add variety, particularly to the lunch choices on weight to go.

No good using parcelforce
They sent me a message via text telling me there delivering today , not much use as i was already out on way to work and wont return home till Thursday evening ...no way of returning message to say redeliver Friday!!!!
No good telling me they tried to deliver and left instructions on card through my letterbox ....so helpful .
use someone that lets you respond with a day or place safe place to leave parcel..... like dpd.

I feel conned.
Same as other reviewers on here. I've been signed up to a recurring plan that I wasn't aware of and there doesn't seem anyway to cancel it. We've been conned. If there was any mention of this when I bought the products its sneakily hidden away so you sign up unwittingly. Waiting to hear back from the customer service but I suggest you are careful in dealings with this company...

Our Pay Weekly and Pay Monthly Plans can be cancelled after the first order but our 12 Week Plan has a 12 week commitment. This is highlighted throughout the buying process and in our Ts and Cs, but we are always open to making our offers more transparent and we will look into doing this. If you had not intended to buy our 12 week plan, you can change your mind and as you are within your 7 day return period, you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund depending on how many items you have used. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange this for you if this is how you would like to proceed.

I feel I was mislead as to the price of this product £89 I believed was for 12 weeks , not £89 every no the for 3 months! Far to dear better doing juice plus as shakes taster better won't be doing it again

Food is horrible I only got to day 2 and just couldn't bare to carry on eating the food, it's too expensive for the food quality you get.

Not for me!
Great customer service and very quick delivery. Disappointed with the lack of choice for the 12 week deal. I understand there has been stock problems recently so obviously have taken that into consideration. Would have given more stars if I liked the food which I don't so I have expressed my wish to refund and I am awaiting response. Obviously this works for some people but I'm just not one of them. Overall though I have been really impressed with the service, delivery and customer interaction so thank you!

Tasty Milkshakes
The Milkshakes are really tasty and really do work as a meal replacement unlike some shakes, I will not mention.
The soups are also tasty and very filling. I have tried the food in the past but I did not really get on with them.

Restricted choice selecting in 12 week
The selection available to choose from when starting the 12 week plan is restricted. I am a vegetarian and so ended up with only two choices of soups and two choices of meals. This means my diet will be very monotonous for the first 4 weeks. I hope I will be able to choose from a wider selection for the 2nd and 3rd month. To stick to a diet a choice of meals is very important.

Shake plan
I am only on my third day and doing well, I just regret the order of shakes I made. I ordered lots of chocolate and strawberry as thought the vanilla would be not that nice, when in fact I love the vanilla n don't really like the chocolate. I'm not feeling hungry yet either
