Five items of bedroom furniture delivered today on time as stated. Dressing table, Two five drawer cabinets, a bedside three drawer cabinet and a Two drawer Wardrobe.
The two lads that delivered were very friendly, polite, professional and showed respect for my property.

The furniture is just what I needed. They were already assembled, I only needed to put the handles on .
The delivery was amazing, the delivery fits in with my daily routine.

The 2 delivery guys were great, and work so hard.. They had left home at 3am and weren't expecting to get home much before 9.30pm and were off again the next day at the same time. A big shout out to them (sorry I didn't ask their names)
The furniture is of good quality & amazingly the screw holes matched up! Very pleased with the colour too!

Polite delivery drivers took all packaging away with them lovely piece of furniture to match my other furniture from this company ....

Not a great experience so far. Poor customer communications - very vague. Delivery failed Tuesday - reasons ‘other’. Had to call to re-book. Very abrupt response - “we’ll select a new date and contact you”. Quite frustrating as one day of work already lost, no idea as to when to expect the items to arrive and previous furniture now disposed of. All other items delivered by DFS promptly and no issues - great communication. This seems to be the only item outsourced for delivery.

Today my wardrobes were delivered this morning by two very kind and friendly delivery drivers nothing was to much for them they took both of my wardrobes upstairs on the third floor I definitely would recommend them and they replied to my emails very quickly and promptly. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.5*****
