Spain: VERY poor service and support
They offer the service in Spain /es on their website - but NOONE there speaks Spanish. You call their Spanish help line: ZERO support in Spanish. I tried it in English: NO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, sorry! What a LOUSY service they have? I asked them, why do you offer your service in Spain, if you do not offer support in Spanish and not even in English. Answer: we do not offer it in Spain. Non-sense: they have a Spanish offer.
