The medication I required was out of…
The medication I required was out of stock for a very long time. And I switched to a different pharmacist during that time.
I am questioning whether ‘WELL’ is a reliable enough service for the future.
When the medication is in stock, the service is brilliant. But I don’t want the hassle of switching pharmacies.

Whilst we do try to ensure we have stock it is not always possible as our stock levels change daily to the high volume of prescriptions we dispense daily. Stock issues can arise outside of our control, this can be due to a supply issue with suppliers or a manufacturing delay than can either be short or long term. Please be assured that our pharmacy team monitor stock daily and ensure products that are out of stock are ordered in as soon as they become available.

Packaging inadequate
Package arrived the next day as expected so no problem there. However one of the 2 cold bags had split and soaked everything. A bit concerning as it was in the very hot weather and the medication needed to be kept cold.I am just hoping that the one cold bag which stayed intact although completely defrosted was sufficient. I emailed my concern but no response.

Think this is exceptional service teamed with using Royal Mail tracked parcels so much better service than my local pharmacy well informed with my tablets tracked them all the way! Impressed yes for sure
