Be very careful when ordering. I have received an email today offering discounts. I have clicked on these to look and before I knew it £90 had been taken from my account. I had not confirmed an order or anything. Of course cant cancel as the order was processed within 5 mins of pressing the button??? I have ordered before but got stung that time as well - so should of learnt my lesson. The emails and website are very misleading. Awaiting an email from management regarding my complaint.

I ordered the product in October and…
I ordered the product in October and still have not received it. They claim to ship in 1 business day, but it has been over 2 weeks and haven’t received my order. I did ask for a refund the same day I ordered, but was told that the item had already been received by courier. I have sent several emails but just get no where with this company. The last email I sent , I was blocked by this company after telling them I will be going to consumer affairs if they did not deliver my order. You would want to hope that their product delivers what it said it does because the company itself does not. Will never order from them again. If I could rate lower than 1 would. Very unprofessional customer service. 🤬

The product was delivered in a timely fashion.it was a little unclear that the price was in US dollars. After using it for 3 weeks I have measured 5cm smaller around my bust and 6cm smaller around my waist. I am happy that it is a slow progress.

I was considering ordering this…
I was considering ordering this product, filled out the order form, but changed my mind BEFORE COMPLETING THE ORDER.
I left the page.
About half an hour later, I get an order confirmation in my email and see that my bank account has been charged.
The charge was THREE TIMES more than what was shown on ordering in the first place, and was more product than I had selected in the ordering process.
This is a complete SCAM.
I tried to cancel the order 2 minutes after reviving the email, and it said that it was too late as the order has already been shipped.
An order that I didn't even make was "shipped" within minutes?
What a terrible terrible company this is. I will be trying to find other avenues to stop this, but it looks like I can't so I'm out the money and have scammed by this company.
