Unsure.

This is my second 3 month order and I don’t know if I really found any difference in anything. I was going for a weight loss effect but nothing. I have also reached out to customer service on a few occasions and have yet to receive a response.

This store is scamming funds

This store is scamming funds. I placed an order for an item worth $25 and they charged my credit card $150! Fortunately my bank identified the transaction as fraudulent, unauthorised and blocked it. Trust pilot should not be verifying this site!

Bad service total scam

Ordered a bottle of wella ray and got sent a tracking number for fastway au the tracking number does not exsist and the order says we are preparing your order which it has been saying for a week now poor service no reply’s to emails etc but have taken the money for them I should of gone with happy mammoth hormone harmony but thought would give these guys ago feel like I have been scammed and could of started another brand

Totally Discouraged

I was just about to order three bottles, but the reviews here are scary. It's a real shame how vulnerable women get taken advantage of by all sorts. Pass...Why on earth are you people trying to charge my card when I have not even confirmed the purchase??? Thank God for my bank, they have blocked you and so have I. Very fraudulent company!

Buyer bewareI

I wrote a review on here, I was told I would get a full refund if I took Down the negative review . I took it down I was then told by wellaray can’t give you a refund because you have a charge back on the account... surprise still waiting for the refund , had a runaround with my bank and pay pal both say there is no charge back I feel I was scammed. My previous review : I ordered 1 bottle to try. I was signed up for 6! And a reoccurring monthly order! My order was $19.95...ended up being $170...they don't tell you it's American dollars. I contacted them within a minute only to be told the order had already been sent..how efficient! Has to be the only company in the world to have their orders done so quickly. I contacted pay pal only to be told sorry they were in the right..1 month down the track I received the parcel I have not lost any weight or even felt better in myself...yes I believe they are scammers! I was offered 20% refund ..never seen that either..buyer beware !

This company is so fraudulent!! DO NOT Order from this company. I never signed up for a subscription service and they keep billing me without my consent. Even emailing them isn't legit. Beware of ordering from here!
At no point during the order process are you able to see your basket to see exactly what has been added. You are taken from screen to screen being prompted to order more items and when those pushes to add more items finally stop the order is then completed and payment made without any way of seeing what you have ordered!! This is very confusing and misleading and most probably illegal.
I contacted WELLARAY to amend my order immediately after the transaction but they said it had already shipped which of course is a blatant lie!
I shall refer this issue to consumer rights for them to investigate further!

Honestly

Honestly, I had super high hopes for this. The company not only charged me in USD they offered no response. It's been a month of waiting now with very round n circle email communication. After almost a month my product still says waiting to be dispatched..... guessing they are preying on women suffering. Save yourself the grief and try something else. I have requested a refund multiple times and no response only sorry to hear that I am still waiting and thank you for your patience. Horrible experience all round.

So update, they contacted me, got the same response oh we do apologise. I replied with my issue, no response yet again be very Weary guys. Hopefully they will come to the party with a refund for all the muck around and to this day .... NO PRODUCT I even said to them if I actually get the products and they work I will gladly retract my review and continue purchase. Horrid Customer service

Update WATCH YOUR BANK FOR CHARGES!!

Following 14 emails going back and forth, Wellaray said " After careful consideration, we would like to make an exception and offer a full refund for your 5313024360656. However, as part of this resolution offer, we kindly request that you consider removing the review you posted about your experience with us. Your cooperation in removing the review will help us ensure that our service reflects the positive resolution we've offered."
Only if I remove this review will they refund the money they took, unauthorised!!
So I removed the review, for them to then say, because you have a charge back logged with your bank we can't process your refund, spoke to the Bank had the charge back removed. They still can't refund. Enough now!! No more wasting my time. Such a shame the Company behaves this way.

Ordered Welleray Tumeric & probiotics, felt a real difference with them. I then received an email offering me a 30% discount and free shipping, so for 3 bottles £29.95. However, they then charged me, £29.95 plus £33.50... Don't know what the £33.50 is for so went back on to the promotional email, just to check I hadn't missed something, DID NOT place another order, or go to checkout but then received another email "order confirmation" and they have taken another £33.50. I sent 2 emails, no response, found out from PayPal that the company is on a reoccurring transaction, so that had to be stopped. Still awaiting my refund of £67.00 at least, let alone the time I have spent online and on the phone trying to sort it out. What a shame, great product but will not be ordering again, as I can't afford for them to take money.
