It’s not a scam, despite looking like one
Ordered a Fitbit on Friday through BlueLightCard and received no confirmation. Checked my bank after 24 hours and the money had gone, still no confirmation. Tried to contact Wellbeingpromo but their “contact us” page is blank. Came on here, read the reviews and panicked, thinking I’d just lost £118. Contacted BLC yesterday who gave me an email for them and assured me it’s not a scam company.
Fitbit arrived today.
Some advice lads - send order confirmations and put some contact details on your website, you’re freaking people out.
Fast delivery
Ordered a Fitbit through blue light card on Friday night thinking it would not arrive until after the bank holiday and to my surprise it arrived Saturday teatime. So far so good. Was so worried after reading the reviews. But can’t complain so far, speedy delivery service. 🚚
Thank you
Bad Communication - Fast Delivery - Opened Package
I tried to Cancel the order after placing my order with in 3hours after seeing the comments here. But i don't find any contact details any where and i tried to check website it shows Test site only. I found email another site for this as customerservice - wellbeingpromo - com (email characters not allowed this website). I sent an email but no reply.
I tried to contact my bank to stop payment but it's already taken. I raised dispute to claim back with the bank. surprisingly after 4 hours of my order placed i see mail from DPD saying expect to collect my order. and next day morning got mail & message from DPD my order delivered at 10.45 to 11.30am. You know what i got my order received. I ordered 2 Fitbit watches and i see both are there as brand new but one of the package seems opened but watch shows sealed.
This company is a complete SCAM
This company is a complete SCAM!
DO NOT order anything from them. They will take your money and then go into complete radio-silence.
I pity the people who has to work for these scammers!

Thiefs just avoid at all costs
Appaling that in a civilised country these scams are still tolerated by law! Ordered a Fitbit using some of my Tesco points although I already have a apple watch. Paid DPD delivery, 14 days later heard nothing of it. Tesco is not getting involved, their email doesn't work and their website is a "test wesite only" no custmer service phone number to call. Wasting now all this time to chase these scammers, it's unnaceptable!
I got a full refund
I ordered a Fitbit for my son for Christmas using my blue light card discount. The order had already been dispatched but I needed to cancel it I found out my sister had already got my son a Fitbit. I sent an email to the team and received a reply straight away. They cancelled the order and refunded me.
I will use them again in the future if needed.
Ordered 3 fitbits with my clubcard…
Ordered 3 fitbits with my clubcard points, 2 arrived one was sent 6 weeks later after they had said that it would be 7 day. We were on holiday at the time so the order was returned. Contacted wellbeing promo customer service who the fitbit was returned to to ask them to resend it. The said that this was not possible and i had to contact Tesco who also said that i needed to contact fitbit who don't work with this company so i have lost a large amount of club card points plus my delivery free. Not to mention loads of time trying to sort this out. AVOID!!!!
Great Experiance!
Ordered a Sense 2 for my mums birthday through Bluelight Card. Within 24 hours had the device. On top of a great saving. Great service and speedy delivery!
Order not received, no refund, terrible company
I ordered a Fitbit on 4th November, funds were taken from my bank including £6 delivery on the same day, but I have not received the order, DPD sent a message to say delivery delayed. Waited over the weekend, still no update, contacted well-being promo who advised that the parcel is lost and cannot be located!! And I have to wait 6 days for DPD to investigate !!! I emailed back to request a full refund. They have refused. I have advised I will take this further if I do not get a full refund or a Fitbit delivery within 48 hours.
Shocking service, do not use this company.
Went through student beans for Fitbit…
Went through student beans for Fitbit discount but after the money being taken I didn’t hear from them again. Contacted Fitbit who said they don’t work with wellbeingpro and have had to contact bank for a refund!
Ordered my Fitbit
Ordered my Fitbit. Taken monies out of my account still not received my Fitbit. Have waited over a week now. I would not buy from them again.
Not as bad a you may think
I’ve read the reviews.. it’d put off anyone from buying from this place however, I must say, I read them AFTER I made an order 🤦🏼♀️
I ordered a Fitbit watch, 3:30pm on Friday and despite the website saying opening hours 9-5 on weekdays only, I had a dpd email confirming parcel at 8pm the same day, I now have the watch in my hands on 3pm Saturday! Less than 24 hours from order to getting my goods!! And a good saving too.
Definitely worth 5 stars in my eyes! Looks like a decent business too so well done and thank you☺️
Fitbit promo via Blue Light Card
Can only comment from own experience, but experienced no real issues. My only criticism would be that you don't receive a confirmation email once you've placed your order, which just seems a bit of a poor oversight to the customer experience, particularly when you're parting with a large amount of money. I would imagine 90% of their customer queries relate to not receiving an automated confirmation email, which I'm confident is a pretty quick fix!
Otherwise, no problems. I ordered the Fitbit Versa 4 via Blue Light - purchased Sunday, arrived Tuesday, with a delivery notification from DPD in the morning.
Fitbit arrived sealed, in perfect condition.
Avoid entirely
Ordered from the company over 10 days ago have heard absolutely nothing

Appalling service
If I could, I’d have given no stars. Ordered with Clubcard vouchers and cash payment. DPD claimed not to be able to deliver to my home, said it was at post office. Email said it was at Post office, but 4 separate visits to be told it wasn’t there. Complained and investigation held - DPD said it was at post office but wasn’t collected!
That’d be because it wasn’t there!!!!
Told it was being returned - from where I don’t know- and that once they got it back I’d get a refund. They can’t send again apparently. Customer service Just stonewalling me; apologising but not actually sorting out the issue. Not only do I have no watch, I’ve presumably lost my £6 delivery charge. If they put the points back on my Clubcard, they are now only worth double rather than triple - they told me to contact Tesco about that. Not even sure if I’ll get anything back as if it wasn’t at the post office, it can’t be returned and if it’s not returned I won’t get my refund.
Frustrated, annoyed at total failure of all companies involved to listen properly to my complaint or to assist me at all.
Very Good
Not disputing other reviews, but anyone who’s ordered who is now worrying I can confirm at least in some instances the service is brilliant. Ordered a Fitbit Versa 4 Friday evening (after close of business), first thing Monday received a text from DPD advising they were expecting my package, and another text Tuesday morning with a delivery time. Item delivered and works perfectly. Again this isn’t to detract from other bad reviews, but can only talk about my own experience which was 5/5.
I ordered Fitbit Versa 3 on the 2nd of…
I ordered Fitbit Versa 3 on the 2nd of July 2023. I recieved the product within 3 days but it turns out to be defective and looks fake.
I am now on the phone with Fitbit to get a reimbursement and they do not recognise this website. Appalling.
Ordered fitbit via tesco vouchers on…
Ordered fitbit via tesco vouchers on 20th of June. contacted company twice now. Still no delivery. Contacted tesco who were not helpfull. Seems like i lost almost 200.00 worth of tesco vouchers. its 4th of July and still no fitbit. terrible
Wary about website
I was wary about using this website due to the poor reviews. I had a decent amount of Tesco vouchers which I wanted to use before 14 June.
I placed the order on Tuesday 6 June. The Fitbit arrived on 7 June - the website was saying that delivery could take 7 days.
Communication was pretty much standard - email advising the order and delivery details.
Others have mentioned problems with the Fitbit itself and that you have to go via Fitbit for a guarantee issue. Wellbeingpromo are a box shifter and you're probably better off with Fitbit to be fair
I’m not one for leaving reviews
I’m not one for leaving reviews, but I felt I had to given how poor the reviews for wellbeingpromo are.
In summary, I placed the order just before midnight on the 6th June 2023 and within 30 minutes I received an order confirmation from Customer Services which included my order number. On the 7th June 2023 I received an email from DPD advising they were expecting my parcel and provided tracking information. Then on the 8th June 2023 (today) DPD confirmed delivery was due today. Note - the DPD emails didn’t actually state my parcel was from wellbeingpromo or that it was my fitbit, so be aware of that.
Also, I had been after a fitbit for a while, specifically the Inspire 2 which is retailing around the £44 mark. I decided to exchange my Tesco Clubcard vouchers ahead of the change in value (x3 value to x2 value) next week. Before I exchanged the vouchers to Fitbit I made sure the website had the Inspire 2 in stock. Wellbeingpromo did have the Inspire 2 at £49.99 plus £6.00 postage, so more than other retailers, but with my vouchers it’s cost me £18.49 all in which isn’t bad at all.
Couple of tips… 1) Don’t just look at the web page for stock availability, actually try and add the Fitbit you want into the cart to check it shows in stock before you exchange vouchers, 2) Make sure you provide (and double check) your email address & phone number, 3) Be available for delivery quickly and/or update DPD on alternative delivery options.
All in all, from order to delivery it took less than 48 hours - happy days!!!
