Awful customer service - ripped off
Bought a fitbit using tesco clubcard vouchers on 19th May
Prices are higher than buying direct from fitbit which is naughty but it's the only site you can use vouchers
Paid £6 delivery for next day delivery
Driver left parcel on front door step which is directly on the road. no fence etc literally 2steps from the road in an area which is plagued by crime...
When I got home from work no parcel (no surprise)
Spoke to DPD who accepted responsibility over the phone and asked me to contact supplier to arrange a redelivery /refund
Today is 6th June 18 days after I ordered. 17 emails sent as they don't have a phone number and refuse to give one
Still no replacement and are saying its DPD yet I have spoken to DPD twice who have told me they concluded the investigation and accepted responsibility
I have now referred my case to the ombudsman
Stay away from this company go directly to Fitbit and pay less anyway

I ordered through the bluelight scheme
I ordered through the bluelight scheme, 2 weekd ago. Have not heard about delivery even after paying £6.99 for express delivery. No communication and also no way of contacting them…… why do bluelight use them or allow them on the site I do not know!!! Do not use them…
No contact details
Bought a Fitbit for sons birthday which needs returning. Used the blue light card discount which uses this site but there are no contact details and site is inaccessible without a code which no one has! Now stuck with a £70 Fitbit which can’t be used and Fitbit direct won’t have anything to do with it as it wasn’t sold by then.
Really bad service and no telephone…
Really bad service and no telephone number or help. Terrible I can’t believe tesco use them.
Scam, cheaper elsewhere
Sell Fitbit products supposedly at 20% discount when you can buy cheaper from Amazon!
Cannot be contacted to cancel orders so have to refuse delivery and raise dispute with cc company.
Bought a product with a teachers…
Bought a product with a teachers discount code - am trying to return the item but they are being evasive - cannot get back into their website without another discount code! AVOID! Don't know how Fitbit allow them to sell their products...
Look out - A website that supposedly sells on behalf of Fitbit
A website that sells Fitbit products. Do not trust this website/company under any circumstances. I was directed to this site through an emergency services discount app, the Blue Light Card. I believe it is a website set up solely to provide Fitbit products to buyers with healthcare or emergency services discount codes. You cannot access the site without a code provided by something like the Blue Light Card.
However, the prices on Wellbeingpromo are a good 10-20% higher than you will find on the official Fitbit website. This makes any discount code you have completely redundant.
I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 product from Wellbeingpromo without realising it had added £20 to the price seen on Fitbit's own website. I immediately tried to cancel the order when I realised the scam, but they ignored my email and shipped it anyway.
It was then very difficult trying to return the product, as I could not get back into the website as it required a different code to the one I originally used. I therefore could not access an "order history" or "account" page, or find any "contact us" information. Instead I had to search Google for a customer services email address, which I eventually found. After a few days someone responded to me, and tried to convince me to keep the product.
After some back and fourth, they agreed to send a returns label, but this was not prepaid, meaning I had to pay to return to the item. I still have not received the refund.
I don't know exactly how this company or website operates, or how they are connected to Fitbit. But i would be very wary about buying anything from them.
