I ordered a Suzuki Jimny from Wellhouse Leisure which came all the way from Japan. Wellhouse Leisure (David and Matt) were absolutely brilliant. They kept me informed and were able to give me advice about car insurance, they happily added the accessories I requested and delivered the car to me in August. We're so happy with it - just love it and it was worth the wait. Thank you.

David and Simon were extremely helpful when I was concerned about the authenticity of a Wellhouse conversion that I was buying from another dealer, after I'd already parted with a significant sum of money. David got back to me straight away after a panicky email late at night and they searched their records, eventually establishing it was a genuine conversion the next day. Wellhouse had no business incentive to help me - if anything they were helping a rival business profit. I think this demonstrates that they are a company with really strong integrity who care for both customers and non-customers. Thank you, again.

Buying a campervan is just the beginning of what is likely to be a long-term investment. Choosing the right model and specification is a challenge with so many options available. I spent ages researching the various suppliers before deciding on a Wellhouse conversion of a Ford Transit Custom. That was 3 years ago and absolutely no regrets. A great van, a superb conversion, and at a very competitive price. Best of all is the after-sales customer service. It's very reassuring to know that the team at Wellhouse will respond very quickly to any queries and are readily available to provide advice and support. Couldn’t ask for more. Well done Wellhouse.

As proud owners of a Toyota Alphard 3.0 V6 auto camper, it is fitting to give a big shout out to the entire team at Wellhouse Leisure in Barnsley.
My wife had done considerable research into sourcing a vehicle within our budget and following a couple of options, we visited Wellhouse. To cut the story short, we opted for a spanking 08 plate with a pop top.
The entire team at Wellhouse were brilliant; David, the boss, talked us through the provenance of our vehicle with the documents and photographs from Japan and gave us a guided tour of the workshop. It was apparent to see the quality of the care and workmanship the highly skilled team take over each stage of the conversion. Peter, in the workshop guided us through the queries we had with patience and skill; nothing was too much trouble.
When we collected our vehicle, Simon led us through comprehensive introduction into the features of our van which, I have to say, looked amazing! Simon has been brilliant at helping out with anything we needed to be reminded of.
The quality of the vehicle and the driving experience is stunning and the conversion is superb and very well designed.

I bought my Toyota campervan from Wellhouse in 2011 so its getting on a bit now! Over the years I've not had many reasons to contact customer service but when I have they have always been most helpful. Even now, after 13 years, David and Simon have been willing to help me out. A big thank you.

The Team at Wellhouse supplied and converted my 2023 Ford Transit Custom Trail, not everything is equal when buying a Campervan, The Wellhouse team are awesome, knowledgeable and passionate about there Campers and customers, they help you through the many choices that are required, they give great advice based on years of experience, I can't recommend them highly enough. We bought a nearly new Wellhouse Toyota Proace Matino 2 just over a year ago. Really pleased that Wellhouse were happy to carry over the warranty on the conversion to me as I had to call on it yesterday.
Simon managed to see us at very short notice and together with Paul resolved our leisure battery and swivel seat issues while we waited. Fantastic customer service and a superb campervan. Highly recommended.

We could not praise Wellhouse Leisure, and specifically David, highly enough. The customer service is second-to-none, going out of their way on multiple occasions to help us with garage repair queries, such as tyre replacement and pop-roof repair. The main reason for 5 stars though is after our beloved campervan was sadly stolen, David was extremely quick and supportive in helping with our insurance claim, going above and beyond in supporting our valuation appeal. At such a stressful time, it was really reassuring to know we had that help. We would definitely buy from Wellhouse Leisure in the future.

Having dealt with several motor home sellers I just wanted to give my praises to this company, I sold my Wellhouse van recently simply because we’re now in our 60s and needed something bigger, but I have to say now that I’m dealing with yet another company, Wellhouse is the best I’ve ever dealt with, highly recommended.

I bought a Toyota Alphard conversion, but they also do other campervan conversions with an array of additional extras to suit.

I ordered my van during Covid, and throughout covid and Brexit I was kept informed at all times how the conversion was going. Any small niggles were ironed out quickly and smoothly.- At last I received "Wanda", and have now used her for 18 months.
I am more than happy with what they did, and have a smile on my face every time I use her.
Excellent service throughout, and I am still happy.

After enjoying 2yrs of tenting, 11yrs of caravaning, we decided after about 2yrs of research, that we wanted a campervan & there was only one campervan conversion company good enough & that is Wellhouse leisure.

We visited their new premises, in Barnsley, between lock downs & was totally blown away, with the build quality & company ethos, that we placed our order, the very same day & we are very happy to say, that we haven't regretted it.

There was a wait, partly due to the demand for campervans, BREXIT & COVID-19, but as promised, our collection day arrived, 29 weeks later & it was even better than we imagined, we just can't wait to get away in it now.

All of the Wellhouse leisure team, both owners & staff, are so helpful & approachable, answering our questions & queries, throughout the build, to ensure we got the campervan of our dreams.

I am not easily impressed, but this company deliver an excellent product, backed with a good warranty & after sales package like no other, if you want a campervan, this is the company to buy one from, they also do vehicle & habitation services as well as add-ons & upgrades.

Upon collection we noticed the control panel, had a info page missing, showing the water tank/s levels was missing, a quick call & the engineer talked us through the settings & it was sorted, plus a small seal, around the sink was damaged, so they sent a new one through the post, which was with us in a few days.

At the end of last camping season I was unfortunate enough to tear my canvas roof bellows on my Wellhouse camper. I tried a repair kit but it looked a dog so I rang Matt at Wellhouse to see if he could help me with a replacement. Sure can he said and at a price I thought was very reasonable for quite a large undertaking. It did take a while to source a replacement kit due to our old friends Brexit and Covid but the job was completed last week to the usual five star Wellhouse standard and I am now ready for the off on April 12th. Many thanks to Matt and all the team for saving the day.

We've had a Wellhouse van for several years now and it's been part of endless adventures and fun. The van has been a trusty and dependable friend for year round camping. What really sets the Wellhouse experience apart though is the way the Wellhouse team stand behind their product, from advice, to spare parts, to clearing up any issue however small to quality upgrades. It's refreshing to find a firm with such unquestioning dedication to customer satisfaction.

The sales experience received at Wellhouse Leisure can only be described as FIVE STAR with the team bending over backwards in order to provide the perfect customer experience. From initial enquiry right through to updates and delivery the team has kept us informed throughout providing updates and photos of progress. The handover was perfect with every piece of equipment being demonstrated and double checked. Beware! our experience, ordered NEW campervan arrived 2 months late. Arrived covered in dirt/cobwebs/mould on window seals and unvaleted.Forgot to inc ladders n table.Didnt mention there was a recall on the van.Steering broke.Failed to turn up to do repair 28 Feb 2019. Overall we feel very let down there was poor communications/unprofessionalism and we would not recommend as it has been frustrating/stressful and VERY expensive.

i spent three years researching the market place for new campervans. I covered all possible conversions, persionally vsiting several manufacturers. I visited Wellhouse twice and looked at the quality of their work on firstly the Hyundhai then the Ford Terrier 2.
I eventually ordered a conversion on the Toyota Chassis, sadly that was just as Wellhouse were in the throes of their now failed engagement with Lunar.

Lunar were supposed to be supplying me, they failed with dreadful customer service, I had no confidence in Lunar so I got my deposit back and bought a completed Ford Terrier 2 from Brakes of Ilminster, off the forecourt.

The quality of the conversion is outstanding, especially for the lack of rattles. I did have some injector problems (a known problem on early 130bhp engines). David Elliott at Wellhouse was very helpful and after examination, Brakes changed all the injectors under Ford warranty since when, the van has run perfectly, just returned from a near 3000 mile, 3 week trip across Europe. It has run like a dream.
I am delighted with it. Both Brakes and Wellhouse have been a pleasure to deal with.
