Happy Customer

Very high vehicle build quality and support from all the staff at Wellhouse Leisure. I'm a very happy owner of one of their Ford Terrier 2 Sport conversions.

Wellhouse Terrier

We have now owned our van for a year and are extremely happy with it. The minor problem we had with one of the cupboard doors not staying closed, was quickly rectified by Wellhouse. Their attention to any problems or just general enquiries are dealt with quickly and cannot be faulted. We bought the van through Brakes and have had the same courteous. professional relationship with them too.

Wellhouse Terrier Lux XL

We have had our Wellhouse Terrier Lux XL camper for a year and a half now and have travelled far and wide in it. We had a slight problem with the roof light leaking on odd occasions but this was resolved by Wellhouse without any fuss or quibble. Also the bike rack we asked them to fit turned out to be unsuitable for us so they gave us a full refund for that. We're very happy with our camper and wish we'd made the decision to buy one ten years ago.

I have had my van for over 4 years and whilst there have been a couple of niggles, Wellhouse customer service go above and beyond expectations resolving these. On one occasion they travelled from Yorkshire to Hampshire to resolve an issue with my step.

I travel over 400 miles round trip for my habitation check to be completed by Wellhouse and their work has been beyond reproach.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy camper van owners !

After approx 6 months of research we decided on putting in an order with Wellhouse Leisure for a Ford Transit Terrier 2 conversion. There are other companies out there that may be cheaper but what you get for your money with Wellhouse is second to none. The build quality is superb and it's all of the little extras that make a difference, such as the net in the pop-top bed to stop the pillows from falling down. The camper vans have obviously been developed over years and enhanced with suggestions to make them as good as they can be.
We had a couple of issues with the van within the first 4 months and these were resolved quickly and with no fuss by Wellhouse so we can't fault the after sales service either.
All in all, we can highly recommend Wellhouse and our high expectations have been exceeded in many ways.

2015 Wellhouse Terrier

I bought my Wellhouse Terrier in 2015 after spending 6 months looking at the options. I found the company extremely easy to talk to and accommodating when providing information, I had loads of questions and a couple of tweaks done. Yes I have had some issues as you will with any complex item, some related to the base vehicle and some to do with the conversion, however in all cases the after service has been exceptional and it has been a real pleasure owning the vehicle knowing I can pick up the phone or send and e-Mail and generally get an answer immediately or very soon after. The build quality is superb. When dealing with both Wellhouse and my local Ford dealer both have treated me as a valued customer and have always had the time of day for me.

Bought my Wellhouse Ford Terrier Sport …Great Campervan - Great Company

Bought my Wellhouse Ford Terrier Sport in 2015.
Spent a fair bit of time looking at options and reputation of campervan convertors.
Since day one my experience has been that the camper and the company have been great.
Yes, like all built things sometimes it's needs a little bit of warranty work. I judge a company on how they deal with the initial buying process AND crucially the after sales service.
In my experience Wellhouse at every level of contact deal with me as a valued customer. All staff are polite, courteous and professional. They go the extra mile to sort things out.
I try to deal with folk as I would like to be dealt with and in my experience that is how Wellhouse do business too.
The campervan drives like a dream. The design and finish of the the conversion is brilliant.
Great Campervan
Great Company.

We spent over two years looking to find the best..

We spent over two years looking for a new camper van. We were backwards and forwards between the VW California and the Wellhouse Terrier. In the end on build quality and spec we went for the Wellhouse Terrier. We have had the van for nearly two years now and love the van to bits. Wellhouse service is second to none and they bend over backwards to help you. There has been a couple of recall falts on the van that ford have dealt with very quickly and one small problem with the roof clips also dealt with by Wellhouse very quickly. We made the right choice in buying from Wellhouse.
