They sent me a large when I ordered a medium then tried to blame me for their misdoing. Then when I stated that the clothes were way to big to be the size that the website claimed for them to be, they dragged their feet on my refund as well as getting back to me. Terrible customer service literally and terrible service waited 3 weeks for NOTHING!!!

Customer service is very responsive, assisted to keep tracking the package during pandemics.

Had problems with the shipping company and a WLS customer support employee, Violet Cruz, went above and beyond to help sort it out. Now, instead of losing both my package and the money I paid for it, I can expect it to arrive (properly this time) on my doorstep with no further problems from the shipping company.

Excellent customer support, great style and prices.

Do not buy from this site the deny your refunds and they sent me pants that is not how they are displayed on their website

I recently placed an order with WeLoveStreet that was unfortunately not able to arrive in time for an event I was attending due to a shipping issue outside of the company’s control. Hindsight, I probably should have ordered earlier than I did given general shipping delays that most companies are experiencing worldwide. The items ended up arriving only a day past the event since they did expedite shipping on my behalf.

The reason for my five star rating is due to the exceptional customer service response that I received within less than a day when inquiring about my order. The company gave me a full refund for my order, minus the small shipping cost, and allowed me to keep the items I ordered once they arrived. This means the most to me and shows the company’s attentiveness and focus on providing exceptional customer service. I also rarely write customer reviews even in the best of circumstances but this particular situation stood out to me above the rest of the experiences I’ve had in the past with online ordering.

I will absolutely be placing future orders with WeLoveStreet.

I ordered a Hoodie two weeks ago but i received another one, after i contact them, they immediately helped me out finding a solution, a really great service always available and very friendly company. Shot-out to Violet Cruz which was immediately available for sorting a solution. I will certainly in the future order new stuffs for me.

I purchased an adorable sweatshirt for my daughter, the one with the teddy bear sleeve. When it arrived we couldn't be happier! The quality was fantastic and the sizing accurate. The styles and products are so unique here, just like my daughter! We've already been searching this website for our next clothing pieces for school in September. I highly recommend!

Trustworthy, take a little long but everything else is good.

Great customer service, great feedback and quick to respond to my emails. Will work with you if there’s an issue with mailing service or wrong delivery address. Would buy from them again and plan on it.

Great company with excellent communication, I have used WLS 3 times now every time they have excelled at their job. Add to this the professional packaging and the fast dispatch/delivery times and it amounts to a company that really cares about their customer base. the clothes themselves are very good quality not some sweatshop knockoff if i could give more stars i would. Impressed by the pants I ordered. Did not think they were the right size at first because I ordered M, but tag ended up saying L and they looked a little big. E-mailed support about it and was assured it is what I ordered. Came back home later to look closely and try them on and they fit perfectly snug 👌. Looks good highly recommend 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

After seeing an ad on Facebook, I went straight to the site to see the products. I filled my cart with a hoodie and some pants.

I received my order two weeks later (that's the shortest time advertised) and I had received my wonders.
Surprise, the sizes indicated are not the ones I ordered, but everything fits perfectly. Very nice job of converting the sizes to exactly the sizes you want depending on where you live. This is the first time I've seen this. Great job!

The quality is there, the fabrics and the cuts are suberb.

Après avoir vu une publicité sur Facebook, j'ai foncé sur le site pour voir les produits. Ni une, ni deux, j'ai rempli mon panier d'un hoodie et de quelques pantalons.

J'ai reçu ma commande deux semaines après (c'est le délai le plus court annoncé) et j'avais reçu mes merveilles.
Surprise, les tailles indiquées ne sont pas celles que j'avais commandé, mais tout me va parfaitement. Très beau travail de conversion des tailles pour correspondre exactement aux tailles désirées selon l'endroit où vous vivez. C'est la première fois que je vois ça. Bravo !

La qualité est au rendez-vous, les tissus et les coupes sont suberbes.
