Absolutely a scam business!!! DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Will not send product, will not refund money, does not answer email or phone numbers.. AND the card I used to pay SUDDENLY is showing fraud charges. What a coincidence!!!

I ordered a total of 10 shirts over a period of 3 months. I received 8 total. The quality of the shirts were good; However I haven't received the 2 shirts that are still missing. I've called left a message and left emails. The response is always we are looking in to it. BUYER BEWARE it's a 50/50 chance you may or may not get the shirts you requested.I would recommend anyone interested in buying Welovestreet shirts to consider other companies instead.

Ordered 3 shirts in the max xxl size which should have been ample big enough according to their size chart. I cant even fasten the buttons as they are so.small. The sgirts are also really poor quality, thin and feel cheap and flimsy. Tried to return for a redund but told i couldnt unless i pay 25 quid for the postage which would be half the original cost. Customer services was useless, unhelpful and unfriendly. Seems they are a complete con of a business. Avoid at all costs.

Never ever buy anything from this cheap company. They are nothing less than scam. They will send you some low grade clothes and there is no return policy. You are lucky if they even respond you.
There wrinkles free shirts were all wrinkled on arrival
There colours on site are far from what they will send.

Complaint Description:
I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase from We Love Street due to a product error and the company’s refusal to provide a reasonable resolution.
I received a shirt that did not match what I ordered. When I contacted customer support to report the error and request a return and refund, the company refused to acknowledge responsibility. Their response stated that “how it shows up on our end is very relevant because that is what we fulfill," implying that the error was not their problem and offering no solution.
The exchange escalated rather than being handled professionally. Despite clearly requesting a return label and refund, the company did not provide either and did not attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. The tone and substance of the communication demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer care.
I have documentation of this correspondence, including the company’s written response, which I am prepared to provide upon request.
Desired Resolution:
I am requesting:

A full refund for the incorrect product
A prepaid return label for the item, if required

I believe this is a reasonable request given that the product delivered did not match what was ordered and no corrective action has been offered.

Stay clear from this company. False claims and no returns.
Ordered a facebook advertised stretch fitted shirt. When it arrived, it was not a stretch shirt and it was a bit tight.
I followed thw return inatructions by emailing with the reason for return as instructed.
That was nearly 2 weeks ago and i never got a reply.
There is No return address available.
They obviously plan to make a quick buck at the consumers expense.

I ordered three roll neck sweaters. Which arrived. That was about the only good thing about the whole experience. All three were too small. I ordered large even though I only wear medium. The sleeves on one came undone on both seems.

Do not buy from this company.

I got bamboozled like everyone else. Don’t buy from this company, dishonest and unethical. Buyer beware.

Ordered Christmas gifts from We Love Street .com I would want to give them no stars if it were an option.
back in November 2025. It is now Feb. 2026 still waiting for the arrival of two shirts!
Email, after email to inquire with customer support on where the package might be, with the same explanation of... let us look into this etc, etc etc. To date, no package, no delivery, and I guess customer support is "looking into this...".
It's clear - STAY AWAY, they are scamming people by keeping your funds with no intention to send any packages. It's utterly ridiculous to think it takes this long...
The agent Mubarak - customer support - is simply stringing folk along with lame excuses after excuse. This is unacceptable and I simply want my refund. period.

Scam! I ordered a shirt as a gift for Christmas. I consistently emailed them for an update at the end of January. They said it was delivered the day after Christmas it most certainly was not they will not offer me a refund or a replacement. They said there’s nothing else they can do absolutely ridiculous $70 down the drain.

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor we love Street. This company has given me such a big problem trying to return five shirts I purchased from them as a bundle. I ordered the shirts in the size large when I received the shirts instead of a large when I opened the first and only one package which were five shirts it looked like it was a XXL.
I tried to reach out through the third party company I purchased the shirts from an app called shop and payment made through Affirm.

I've been trying to reach them since the beginning of January the shirts will order in December. I called shop they couldn't do anything I called the payment company they tried to reach out to them and all they can say was he's responsible for the payments.

What I want and would like to do since I received the shirts was to return them and get my refund back like I said this is the worst company to buy anything from I warn you do not do not purchase anything from this company you will regret it.

The worst company to buy anything from. Clothes are bad quality and do not look like the photos. They provide no customer service and lie about their return policy. You order one size and they send you a different size. Save your money. Purchase from other places.

Despite sending mismatched items, they refused to cover return shipping or offer a proper refund, instead pushing store credit or exchanges that still required me to absorb additional costs.

The takeaway is simple: if they make a mistake, you pay for it. Their policies seem designed to protect the company at the customer’s expense, not to resolve legitimate issues fairly.

I chose to walk away rather than spend more time or money correcting their errors. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The shirts were much too small. I kept them on hand in case I lose weight. I tried to view my order to see what size I ordered, but I got a 404 message.

Charged card then unresponsive. Kept asking for my ID weeks later when I asked when my sweater would be shipped. Definitely a scam.

DO A MONTHLY PAYMENT METHOD AND USE A CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL SO YOUR ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. NEVER A DEBIT CARD. THESE GUYS SEND ME A JACKET THAT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION AND SUPER LOW QUALITY. ITS WORTH PROLLY 10$ AT BEST. I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THREW THE JACKET IN THE GARBAGE. ALL THESE ADS THAT YOU PPL SEE THAT SAYS "YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS BRA, OR PANTS, OR STRETCHY SHIRTS AND ANY OTHER CLOTHING IS 99% BASED FROM CHINA BUT SAYS IT IS MADE FROM HERE IN THE USA AND IT IS NOT. STAY SAFE AND AWARE. HOPE THIS HELPS SOME1 OUT THERE FROM GETTING SCAMMED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no problem taking your money then ghosting you. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will more than likely file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
They do not answer emails or make any attempt to fill your order. I’ve been waiting almost three months to receive what I paid for.

After waiting almost three weeks, I received the package. I bought a promotion of three XXL stretchy, wrinkle-free shirts. I liked them, and my boyfriend did too, but the abdomen was too loose for his liking. The rest was perfect—the neck, shoulders, and arms. My mistake was not reading the reviews and the return policy. Now, if I want to return them, they tell me I can exchange them, but I have to pay for shipping the new items and keep the shirts that don't fit my partner. Or I can send the shirts back, but I have to pay for shipping. So it's not worth it. I won't buy from this website again.

Horrible customer service. These guys are a scam. They will not send you what you pay for and then will offer to replace it but only if you pay $90 in shipping costs. I ordered 10 shirts and only one was the correct material. The remaining 9 were the wrong material and 2 including the one that was the right material were the wrong sizes. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! THEY ARE A SCAM!
