I ordered 5 shirts from this company, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The shirts arrived and none of them fit properly. Despite being advertised as “stretchy,” they were extremely tight and uncomfortable, with absolutely no stretch at all.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer service via email and never received any response. The lack of communication makes it feel like this company is deliberately ignoring customers after taking their money.

This feels like a scam. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money—DO NOT buy from We Love Street.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They will not give you your money back if an item is on sale. Which is not listed anywhere on their website. They keep telling me i can keep their poorly made shirt, which does not fit. But will not give me any of my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is complete junk.

Shirts nothing like advertised. Not stretchy at all, sleeves not long enough, and shipping was awful. Don’t buy, this is another one of those internet scams, makes you long for box stores where you can try on clothing and get real customer service because they can’t hide.

I ordered Non-Iron Casual Dress Trousers and shirts about 30 days ago, and I truly wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I still haven't received my items. After reaching out to the company, I received a response after several emails, stating that I would receive my package in about a week. That was two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. To make matters worse, I have no way to track the shipments they claim have been sent. According to the BBB website, this company has an F rating, and after reading numerous reviews, I’m not optimistic about ever receiving my products. I’m incredibly disappointed with their slow shipping and even slower response times. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

If i could leave 0 stars I would!! Order took close to a month to turn up, fresh from china… one of the shirts wasn’t even the same stretchy material as the others and all were not sized correctly. On the website it states returns are easy and exchanges are sent out at no extra costs… total bs they said invalid keep the wrong size shirts ( obviously ain’t worth much ) and they would send out the next size up if I pay £17 for the shipping… the I asked for an refund as they advertise they offer one if the exchange can’t be done and no they just stopped replying to me so now I’m having to raise a dispute with visa and I’ll be complaining to the financial ombudsman and trading standards.

It’s amazing people continue to fall for those type of YouTube scam, just look at their website it’s not even fully finished still had the template fillers. All those scammers do is buy $1 cheapest shirts from temu/china, copy paste a quick website, then flood YouTube ads with completely fake advertising showing shirts that are nothing like the $1 shirts being sold for $25. They could care less about bad reviews, once the ad campaign is over in a month or two they kill the website and create a different website/brand/ad rinse repeat. Basically prey on the folks who don’t bother to do a quick google search and dont charge back on their credit card.

I did it out of curiosity using Amex for 1 shirt, and sure enough…but easy chargeback.

I ordered 5 large stretchy shirts as seen in there advertising they looked good. Ut when they eventually arrived there were nothing like what i had seen in there Web page .these shirts they sent was nothing like there was no stretch at all I have been complaining for over 10 days now back and forth with this company with emails . Telling them they had sent wrong shirts there mistake but still getting no sense out of them they won't send me what I originally sent for so wouldn't advise buying anything from this company

This company provides a size chart that is not even close to being accurate. Then they sent me 11 shirts that I ordered but 2 of them were one size and the other 9 were another size but none of them were in accordance with their size chart they provided. Beware, stay away, as now they will not issue a refund.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered the right size for me based on their detailed size chart, but they arrived and were too small. Asked for an exchange to a larger size and they said I had to pay postage which I did and then they decided to send two sizes bigger which are far too big. Refusing to aknowledge the error and now I have 10 shirts that are no good to me and am totally out of pocket. Avoid at all costs…

My son placed an order and they sent the wrong item he has been trying to get a refund but has not been successful. He has sent so many emails they keep telling him he can exchange the item. The return policy is quite clear and it states that he can get a refund. This has been going on now for about a month. I even forwarded all his email correspondence and asked for a refund they have never got back to me which I find appalling. I won't buy from there again so please be mindful.

Ordered shirts on 9/2, still showing as order received 18 days later. Just disputed the charges with my credit card after emailing them using the contact email they provide and getting no response. I would not recommend making a purchase from this company.

I ordered 2 shirts from these people, both in size “L”…. they sent “3L” and when I complained they said they converted from L to 3L because of Asian sizes compared to US/UK sizing!!!!!.
These were obviously of no use to me at all and I asked for a refund.
The claim that they operate with “free returns” is an outright LIE. They quoted me £17 to return… approx 50% of the sale price of the items purchased!
They then offered to replace/ offer store credit - but as nothing else in their online store appealed, I rejected this offer and again asked for the “free returns” option - which was ignored.
I have not been happy either with the shirts quality, sizing (obviously) or their attitude towards a purchasing client.
Be very wary of this company , I’d advise you to steer well clear!!!

Size chart they keep insisting is off by a mile and the customer support is so bad that you will be lucky if they ever reply to you.

If I could give a negative 5, I would!!! Shirts are trash. No stretch as advertised. Customer service is garbage. Basically a SCAM!! Refund policy is to return at own expense. Horrible, horrible! Don’t fall for it. Don’t waste your money!!!

Ordered two shirts sized large. What was delivered were to size XXL. After a week of trying to contact customer service (with no response) and then coming here, I decided to try on one of the shirts to see if it might actually fit. Not even close! Way too small. Buttons were 2-3 inches apart. One flex and the seam ripped. I’m writing it off… but do not buy from this outfit!

After finally getting my order, with very poor customer service in-between, I was not surprised to find it was all the wrong size, given the other reviews I had read since.

My biggest regret was purchasing from this company before reading the reviews.

They will take your money bet quickly, but that's it. Everything else takes so long arrive and they don't respond to emails.

The worst service I've ever had and of course, I will definitely not be using them again.

Garments were completely the wrong size and they wanted a crazy amount to pay postage for a different size with no return policy. Avoid

Quite simply, poor, poor poor.

The delivery times are not as advertised. In fact they are a lot longer. Several emails sent to discover more info, yet not one apology was given. I won't be using them again and would advise you not to either.

AVOID AT ALL COST
their size chart does not match what they have on site, the xl came in and couldnt fit a child...
they said no iron and that it would stretch, it DOES NOT. the company is super shady, they say they will refund. but do not respond to emails.
