Poor quality, poor delivery as well. Do not refund after they fail to deliver some items on the order

They said package will be delivered before Christmas. I ordered 8th December. It's March tommorow, and they didn't deliver it, customer service doesn't know anything, no refund.

1)- The company systematically ships from China to British customers. My order made in November 2023 only arrived complete today 5 February 2024. The delivery times on the website are misleading, designed to make you think you are dealing with a company that stocks products in Britain but that is not true. The customer pay them a fee to wait for product that they only order on their demand.
2)- the quality of the products is extremely low. The trouser’s fabric particularly is so bad,and so is the cut , that they’re unwearable.
A total shamble. I have wasted my money and my time. I shall make sure I don’t fall for such practices again. The dangers of online shopping!

DON'T USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Their customer service is terrible and they use a sketchy shipping service called "Hailify". They tried lying saying they delivered my package but my security camera showed no one ever delivered the package. Luckily I was able to get a chargeback through my bank. Please buy from somewhere else they're shady.

Sizes are too small, i wear a medium and ordered an XL but still too small. The quality is super cheap and low quality, even hoodie’s at Walmart have better quality than this and it cost 95$, what a scam. Tried to get a refund but said all they can do is a store credit which i have to pay shipping for. Stay away and save your money. Even the print is all wrong! And I have picture to prove it.

When I bought some shoes which were too small and returned them without realising I needed some paperwork I thought I had lost my money but the 'we love street' team worked on an exchange for a fab pair of trousers. Excellent service!

About three weeks ago i bought a windbreaker and 2 T-shirts from them package arrived yesterday and inside i find the windbreaker and one of the shirts i ordered other shirt no where to be found, said everything was delivered on shop but that was a damn lie. I go to put the windbreaker on and it says 4XL and keep in mind i bought 3XL they dont even sell 4XL and the clothes fit like a medium same as the shirt was 4XL and i bought 3XL fit like a medium aswell as the shirt was a jersey type material with holes, their website does not show a jersey with holes. This company welovestreet are scammers i should of known better and bought somewhere trust worthy like temu, so pissed right now i know i will never get a refund and my money back even if i did their return policy only allows store credit. SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST FOR SURE!!!!!

Customer service helped me with a return, I got to keep the original and I only had to pay shipment on the new item

This website is a total scam. The quality is extremely bad and return is impossible. Do not buy from them and watch they will also delete this comment. I am trying to help others as much as possible. Trust me it's not worth it. Not at all 💔💔💔

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Quality is terrible - loose stitching everywhere, quality of materials is very cheap and tears easily, inner pocket linings rip almost immediately, designs aren't always as shown. PLUS they lied about their return policy and refused to issue refunds for products that were damaged. Don't waste your money here!

I ordered WLS Teddy Bear Sweatshirt. Quality of the material is pretty good! Also, they have great customer service!

After some initial, and unfortunately prolonged, complications that arose from an honest mistake, I received excellent customer service and was swiftly assisted in concluding my purchase.
I especially thank Erilda Allen for her respectful and understanding communication and for ultimately helping to ease my mind and reestablishing my trust in the process.
I can definitely see myself ordering from WLS again!

I ordered my son a M jacket. It was far too small for him so I emailed We Love Street and requested they send out the same jacket in an XL size.
They were happy to assist and very pleasant.
They allowed me to keep the small jacket, but they needed me to pay for post & packaging of £13.00 to send out the XL one, which I was happy to do.
I fould them very professional and extremly friendly.

The $50 pants feel like $10 Kung Fu pants and if you don't like them you can keep them and get an exchange for $22 (price of shipping).

Stay away from this shop!

The clothes I bought are well made and the shirts I got are very nice and the cropped shorts are well made and the length I want and wash well don't shrink all I can say is I will recommend the site I like the clothes

Quality of the material is pretty good! Doesn't feel cheap and they have great customer service! They replaced my wrong sized pants for free and allowed me to keep the wrong size pair as well!

This shop ships overpriced cheaply made products from China, and refuses to adhere to customer law. I got shipped cheaply made pants covered in filth, with a stench of factory. Naturally I wanted to return the product for a refund. The shop offered only store credit and insisted on me paying half the price of the product in shipping cost. I am a German customer. Don’t buy if you are German or European. This shop will ignore your right to withdraw from the contract. Absolute SCAM!

My granddaughter loves Chinese and Japanese art. She has begun calligraphy using Japanese, and eating with chop sticks. She wanted something for her birthday within the origins of Chinese or Japanese and pulled up this website to pick from. I saw the hoodie that is just breathtaking and a good price range that I wanted to stay in. Even tho it came 10 days after her birthday, she really liked it. Thank you!
