Great place for Buying car here ….Good staff
Stay clear unless your willing to be taken on !!
So travelled to this dealership from Belfast Northern Ireland and purchased a 21 plate audi A4 avant on arrival we where met by one of the sales team who arranged for the said vehicle to be brought to the front for viewing .... When I looked at the vehicle I right away spotted that it had four bald tyres I asked for the price of the tyres to be taken of the price of the car which it wasn't ......I ended up purchasing the car as I had my disabled son and partner with me and we needed to catch the ferry home - before we left they talked me into taking out warranty they had also told me that it was a one owner vehicle and that they had been serviced and was never damaged etc skip a few days and I'm back in Belfast ......I find that the rear seat is faulty and doesn't close the rear drivers side quarter had been smart repaired (poorly) and no service was carried out on the vehicle at all it also stated when the v5c arrived that I was a third owner when I was under the impression that I would've been the 2nd now bear in mind I had to drive this vehicle from their establishment to Liverpool then Belfast with my partner and disabled son on four bald tyres a broken seat (unknown at the time) no fuel when we received the car so had to fill up as soon as we left I contacted them to rise my concerns and was met with aggression I asked why they never disclosed that
1. The car was damaged and smart repaired
2.if they could help with cost of fixing the seat
3. Why I was a third owner
And lastly why did they say the vehicle was serviced when it wasn't
I called up this supposed warranty group and they basically don't cover half of what I paid for
I feel this dealership had more less wipedy eyes and sent me packing because I came all the way from northern Ireland needless to say I have taken the vehicle to an independent surveyor to be investigated further ......
I feel I was taken on and because I live in Another part of the UK they felt they could pull the wool over my eyes I'm absolutely disgusted that they took my money and left me in the lurch with so many problems and a warranty that's no better than my toilet paper please please please be weary of the dealership / company even tho I did all the relevant checks I still found hidden faults and continue to do so
ANYONE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS THAT I CAN REPORT THIS DEALERSHIP TOO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Skoda Kodiaq
I bought a Skoda Kodiaq in November 2025. I was happy from the reception I was given right upto completion of all the process. I asked if I can have my oil and brake pads changed and did everything for free. They have a garage and a mech on site. Thumps up to Sam and this reception guy at the front. They go out of their way to make you happy and were quite professional. There was a wide selection of cars

Unsafe Car
Unsafe Car, Unprofessional Service, and Zero Accountability
I had an awful and deeply frustrating experience with this dealership. I was sold a car that should never have been on the road. From day one it had serious faults, including braking issues and driveshaft leaks — genuine safety concerns. The handbrake button was missing, and to make matters worse, the car was handed over without a logbook.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to go to the Post Office myself to sort out the logbook and was promised reimbursement, which never happened.
Communication was equally poor. The manager, Tony, was extremely unprofessional throughout — dismissive, unhelpful, and reluctant to resolve any issues. I was repeatedly pushed around and left to chase updates constantly. It has been one of the most stressful buying experiences I’ve ever had.
This dealership clearly has no regard for customer safety or proper standards. I would strongly warn anyone thinking of buying from them: avoid at all costs.
I’ve had a very bad experience
I’ve had a very bad experience, and I honestly don’t understand why. I purchased an Audi from Wembley Prestige Cars and was told the service history would be emailed to me, as it wasn’t provided at the time. From September until now, I’ve received nothing. I call every week and get the same excuse: “We’ll send it to you now—just send a blank email with your registration number.” Yet nothing ever arrives. This is really disappointing, and such service is not what I expected from Wembley Prestige Cars

Sad Tony works there, lovely guy but the garage are crooks!
My experience has been very mixed with Wembley Prestige Card Ltd. I called to reserve the car and paid my £200 deposit. Joshua was lovely on the phone and I confirmed I'd collect it at the weekend. During the afternoon of the day I called, I had 5 missed phone calls about the car because an "employee" had finance approved on the vehicle and so tried to offer me 4 other cars unrelated to mine. I finally confirmed the car was mine and I’d be there Saturday. Saturday morning, I turn up at 930 (because they open at 9am) to review the car. The test drive didn’t even last 2 minutes, it was a very short journey because the car was on 0 miles for fuel – this suggests to me they know something is wrong with a few of their cars and have not alluded to that in the adverts. The sunroof screen didn’t open and the car inspection report from Mercedes mentioned the dust cap was broken. Neither of these were reported in the advert (I had screenshotted the advert to confirm). Had the inspection not been done, I would not have known about the dust cap issue. Tony (very polite and nice), who I dealt with, said the parts had been ordered for the sunroof (which later on, was factually incorrect) and suggested I could have this fixed the next day – I had driven 100 miles (my choice) and was not coming back. Had I not driven so far, I wouldn’t have bought the car. I managed to negotiate; money was taken off the car for these problems based on the cost of repair to them. All in all, this buying experience was average and could have been handled better. Also, if your mechanics/staff who can manage payments aren’t going to be in until 11am, I suggest not opening until 11am. Having bought a few cars and have a mechanical background, I knew what I was looking for. Tony and Joseph had lovely customer service, but as a company they need to improve. A few recommendations to those buying a car from here: fully inspect your vehicle including engine sounds, reports, service history, windscreen wash spray working, sunroof (if required), heated seats, all electronics, paperwork. When signing paperwork – I noticed that Tony had put “steering faulty” which wasn’t the case, it was the dust cap on the steering that was torn. Poor attention to detail. Please note as a garage they only provide 3 months warranty on gearbox and suspension, nothing else. This isn’t standard for Trade Garages so be wary of that. *Update - Since the above, I have returned the car as it has a major engine fault (fuel injectors). They tried to ask me to register it for a 12 month warranty, wait 10 days and then claim, which is illegal knowing the car is faulty. Jasen, the director of the company, was very rude to me and almost refused to refund the car (which was within my rights under the Consumer Rights Act). They received the car back on 10th Nov. It was listed again on the 11th November with no faults...
Disappointing .
Disappointing .. I wanted to buy a car here but when I questioned something that cropped up on the vehicle check they turned extremely nasty and pretty much threw us out.. it’s fine as I found the same car for £500 cheeper and no admin fee, elsewhere.. just not a very nice experience at all from these people.
I brought a Nissan quashqai 2015 about…
I brought a Nissan quashqai 2015 about 3-4 weeks ago I was the first to view the car the same day Wembley prestige received the car. I loved the car and I brought it but after driving it for couple days I heard a noise so I contacted Wembley prestige and I spoke with Tony he told me they would check the car over and fix any problem. So I brought the car back to them and they changed the timing belt and the car is running like new. Just want to say that Tony was really helpful and I was very happy with the level of service I received and I would definitely recommend Wembley prestige cars
This guy is the best car dealers
Avoid This Place At All Costs
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after yet another breakdown and ongoing engine problems, I feel I need to warn others.
When I called for help, I was simply told it wasn’t their problem and was even advised to go elsewhere and sell the car.
Buying from Wembley Prestige Motors has been the biggest mistake. In less than a year, the car has had constant issues, multiple breakdowns, and I’ve already spent over £2,000 on a £13,000 car — and the engine warning light is still unresolved; no garage has been able to fix it.
Before purchasing, I asked about the many negative reviews online. They dismissed them as “competitors” leaving fake feedback. That was a lie — my experience has been exactly what others warned about.
This dealership sells unreliable cars and takes no responsibility once the sale is done. Save yourself the stress and financial loss — avoid this place at all costs.
