What a absolute shambles this trip to…

What a absolute shambles this trip to Wembley stadium as been, Wembley should be ashamed of them selves,
We went to watch ed sheeran on Thursday 24/6/2022 and 20 minutes before he came on my friend got removed from the stadium for doing absolutely nothing wrong, he was given no explanation as to why when asked to see cctv he was told they didnt have to prove to him what the reason as to why was he was being removed. Staff were so unhelpful and rude they literally did not care at all, £88 pound for a ticket and didn't even get to see Ed sheeran (wonder how many people they do that to)
As soon as we got in there my wife was offer drugs and everyone was ment to be searched on entry (clearly not very well)

It also states its a cashless venue, however bar staff are quite happy to take cash back handers no question asked.

The facilities were absolutely disgusting dirty broken toilets ect. We was looking forward to this event for well over a year with having spent over £600 pounds on tickets, hotel, and fuel and a 3 and a half hour drive all for nothing what a massive disappointment, same on you Wembley.

Allowing underage drinking and not cleaning vomit

I attended a recent event at Wembley Stadium, however, my experience was spoilt by the behaviour of some spectators and the lack of action from stewards.

Early in the event (perhaps 19:00), a nearby spectator vomited on the floor and the seats in front. The spectator was only 15 years old, according to his father. I have several issues with this. First, he must have been allowed to enter the stadium in this intoxicated state. Secondly, he was allowed to consume alcohol in the stadium, and finally, the lack of action by stewards and security.

This was highly unpleasant for myself and other spectators nearby, who had to sit close to the vomit for over an hour before cleaners took any action. Having informed the nearest steward at the time, I had hoped that the vomit would have been cleared up rapidly (especially considering covid-19 and the need for good hygiene). I also would have hoped that security may have removed the intoxicated youth and helped them to sober up away from the crowd. Instead, the father started becoming aggressive toward other spectators for the next couple of hours before removing himself after a fight nearly broke out. Stewards were of no help despite being informed of the disturbance.

I was looking forward to this event, and it is a great shame that I and others who had all spent money to attend this highly anticipated event had a very substandard experience.

Wembley makes it very difficult to raise a complaint, and after finding a contact on their website and writing several emails, I have had no response on this issue for two months.

Wembley is not an accessible venue

Wembley advertises itself as being an accesible venue but it simply isn’t. On entry to the stadium, we were made to enter the stadium via a car park lift. The door to this building had a large ridge which made it difficult to drive over in a mobility scooter. The lifts were small, and the doors closed very quickly making them difficult to use. We were then shown to our seats in the accesible seating section, with no issues. Unfortunately a few minutes into the concert, lots of people around us started to use the disabled seating area as a dancing area. They crowded around us, making us uncomfortable and blocked the exit. In the end, we had to get a member of staff to help us move people and their bags out of the way! Wembley staff need to keep this area clear. If there was an emergency, we would’ve been unable to leave due to the presence of bags blocking the path. It was unsafe and dangerous. There is also a lack of disabled/priority pick up and drop off area, making it difficult to safely leave the stadium.

To whom it may concern last night I…

To whom it may concern last night I attended the summertime Ball at wembley my self and my young daughter there were a group of young people close to us that like our selves were having a great time.a older couple who I believe were intoxicated could tell by there language and behaviour started bothering the young group it was early on about 5 ish .the young group were surrounded by a very large group of security and made leave in the process they were man handle in a very serious way because they were so distress I followed the m up the stairs one of the group a young girl started to tell them that one was her brother who she said was 12 and has breathing problem one has autism and one had a recent operation on his shoulder. The reason I am complaining is because of the way they were hitting one boy and ramming him to the floor these were in my opinion young children I hope the parents take this further and if I had anyway of contacting them I would gladly be a witness to what occurred your staff need to be brought upto date on children safety

Wembley Tour Feedback Excellent

Wembley Tour Feedback

The tour is amazing. We visited just prior to Nottingham Forest being in the play offs. Superb opportunity to see where players will change, walk down the tunnel, walk to the pitch edge. Rob the guide was fantastic. Made our day. Highly recommended. Steve Yvonne Liz Malcolm.

Recently attended an event

Recently attended an event. The stadium is impressive. Good views all round. However, £7.20 a pint is steep however did not prevent some from over indulging either. In addition there needs to be better stewarding and security in all parts of inner seated areas apart from just at stair access points. There were many individuals who were drunk and disorderly to the point they should have been ejected. Zero security and lack of security. Also catering outlets continue to sell alcohol to those who are inebriated making matters worse. Come on Wembley, up your stewarding and policy on alcohol. Some individuals were a danger to themselves and others. We really enjoyed the event, hence the three stars, but it was distracted by people who were behaving anti socially. Wembley, you have a duty to paying attendees but also to those who need to be removed for their own safety. Only other gripe. With big events which finish later in evening could you not negotiate with TFL to get a slightly later tube close time? Utter chaos trying to get a tube, crushing and dangerous conditions in tube station. For a capitol city, come on. This could and should have been five stars.

Great day

Great day, sad result.

As a Palace fan, this wasn't my first trip to wembley, however it was the first time as a group trip.

Aside from the prices, you can't knock the service and organisation of Wembley

Corporate expensive Wembley

The owners have turned our football heritage into corporate Disney land. All shiny and plastic, whilst officious security squeeze the pips out of any fan atmosphere. It’s well documented that buying food and drink is the prerogative of the wealthy who attend Wembley, I attended one of the FA cup semi-finals and was stunned with the prices, “cost of living” ha not for the FA. Most genuine fans have long argued for semi-finals to be played outside of Wembley and I’m now fully behind the movement. Don’t go if you want a genuine football experience, go to one of the lower leagues to taste something authentic. Thousands of minimum wage bussed in stewards, who don’t have a clue where the seats are, but it looks well marshalled, just nothing below the veneer. You can’t blame Wembley for the aggressive looking Police outside, if you get a smile good luck, now I know what it must be like to protest in Putin world.

The 1 star isn’t on Wembley it’s self

The 1 star isn’t on Wembley it’s self. UP THE REDS BTW. The shake shack outside entrance P was an absolute disgrace, not only was the horrible cockney women a show, the scran was just as bad, for 10 chips and 3 wings for £14.50. But to then on the Sunday to have food poisoning. Appalling but that’s London for ya.

Terrible customer service, no call backs

Terrible service. No call backs, no email replies either. Simply trying to book a buyagift experience (stadium tour) using a voucher code given as a Christmas present, as soon as you enter the voucher code through the buyagift website it straight away sends you to the Wembley website directly, which the voucher code that was recognised first of all on the buyagift website for some unknown reason is then ‘invalid’ when entered when selecting available dates.
Tried phoning 4x consecutively and ringing through until the line physically cut out, left numerous voicemails requesting a call back to no avail, emailed as well but no reply. Seems this company aren’t interested once they have your money, absolutely terrible service, will never be going near another buyagift experience again, woeful!

Took my son on a tour today

Took my son on a tour today, with Paul being the guide. Very knowledgeable and the odd joke or 2 in between. The history of the stadium and the museum parts were amazing. Everything from the changing rooms, to the press pit to the spine tingling experience of walking out onto the pitch! Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t done it yet.

A Great Interesting Fun Tour

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Paul our tour guide who demonstrated that he very knowledgeable about the stadium, it’s history and football in general. The tour was a birthday gift to me from my daughter, and one I throughly enjoyed. I took the opportunity to point out that Aston Villa are the best team in the world and Paul with good humour played along throughout the tour adding to the fun we had. An interesting history with lots to see!
A great tour which I throughly recommend to anyone thinking of going!

Wembley Stadium Tour As A Wheelchair User

Firstly I'd like to thank all the staff responsible for the tour but especially Adam (our guide) and Paul who assisted me to reach areas step free. The tour itself was excellent. Entering through a bar area with cabinets showing football, rugby, NFL and music concert memorabilia which was fascinating in it's own right. The tour started with Adam guiding us through various locations little seen by venue fans. The tour included the dressing rooms adorned with the shirts of England players (both men and woman), the press stations and the actual press room itself. Corridors are decorated with images of famous footballers past and music starts that have played the arena. After this we filed out of the players tunnel and towards the hallowed turf of Wembley stadium itself. Here we were allowed to sit in and photograph the seats where the managers and substitutes are seated during the games. From here the tour takes you up the 113 steps that the winning players of the FA cup take to the royal box where medals and cups are received. As a wheelchair user I was personally guided via lifts to the areas others gained by stairways but never felt I missed out on the tour due to this. There is so much to see and you are encouraged to take as many photos as you want. Both Adam and Paul (my guide to the step free access) were friendly, knowledgeable and amusing and their presence enhanced an already interesting tour. I would recommend this for anyone including the disabled.

I would like to start by saying how…

I would like to start by saying how much me and my family were looking forward to watching England last night. I had arranged for my eldest son to be at rest bite as he is disabled and wanted my other children to experience a game like every other child in a family environment.

What me, my wife and my children received was far from it!

We missed the entire first half of the game because the stewards had let people sit in our seats. After asking the steward to remove them they went round checking another 15-20 tickets when they realised they would have to move everyone as everyone was sitting in the wrong seats.

My daughter was so upset because they were having to stand where the food and drinks were and when I asked for some water for her we were told where to buy it!! Not even an offer of water!! £7 later for 3 bottles (also 40 mins into the game) I had to tell one of your senior managers where my family could sit. I cant believe I had to tell him. As there was no more seats available in the family seating area we was forced to sit in with lots of drunk men swearing and at one point having a fight. One man was so drunk (or high 🤷‍♂️ ) that they called approximately 15 staff members including medical people because he had collapsed. I’m sorry but this simply isn’t on. We were so looking forward to this and it’s totally ruined it for my kids. I would like my money back. If anything the experience was so negative you couldn’t have paid me to go through that. I have videos of the man drunk the violence and my daughter in tears. I am so angry that no one was able to help us including one of your "managers" (Ray Williams Deputy Level Manager). Apparently his hands were tied and the steward with him told me that this is the way Wembley treat people once they have your money. The Steward also told me it was his last day working there for that reason. Please contact me so that I can arrange this refund. You also make it incredibly hard to contact you and I can understand why as you must get a million complaints. We literally missed both goals in the game and only saw 45 mins of it. We couldn't be seated in the family section that we paid for. (England Fan) not a fan of Wembley I’m sorry to say.

FYI Wembley are very clever. You cant make a complaint on there website it just says "Captcha verification failed, try again!" every time you try. Also there is no customer care line like I was told by the manager.

Worst ever event experience!!

Denmark V England

Denmark V England
Shocking experience, no masks in the concourse when masks should have been on, probably to scared to advise. Also so many people sitting in seats they should not have been, so someone was making a tidy packet.
Didn't go to the final because of this experience v Denmark.
All the covid checks when entering were pointless. People with no tickets in the Staduim who obviously hadn't been checked and then no policing of the covid restrictions in the Staduim

Shocking complaints handling

Been multiple times and haven't had any issues. Last time I went to a NFL game there was an incident which I have tried to complain about through multiple contact types and after your Facebook page confirming you had got my complaint and that I would be contacted soon as it was important to you that you answered, I still haven't heard anything 4 months after my initial complaint! Shocking service from your compalints/customer care team and poor stewarding on the day which led to the complaint. The only reason I give two stars and not one is that multiple other visits where fine.
