Brilliant time at BTS concert

Came here for a BTS concert back in June of 2019 and it was the best experience I had ever had at a concert. Staff were very helpful with helping my friend and I find our way to the merch stall however when it came to finding our entrance gate, the layout was very confusion and the staff seemed to take us round in circles until we decided to take it upon ourselves. However this didn't deter our joy when we received our day 2 banner, made some friends with fellow ARMY and waved our ARMY BOMB lightsticks to each performance.

Brilliant service

Went in the Bobby Moore lounge to watch Pink. Food and drinks available were of great quality and plenty of them. Has a brilliant night and would definitely recommend.

Came for a gig

Came for a gig - found that staff were not friendly and that prices were astronomical... but otherwise had a nice time - I’m sure that’s because my mates are a laugh though not the stadium being amazing.

Bag policy not enforced

Bag policy not enforced. Our group took the correct size bag, removed food/drink etc prior to entering stadium. Saw other people with huge bags being allowed in. We didn't go shopping and make a day of it as we'd originally planned prior to concert due to bag policy! Little disappointing. Not enough food/drink outlets open for a concert hosting 70k plus fans.

Great at making good experiences into bad ones

Has ever a sports stadium surroundings been worse developed than Wembley? I hadn't been for a couple of years, then I went to see the Eagles on Sunday evening. Getting there was absolute chaos. How could the stadium have been built without planning in car parking? On a sunday night at 11:00 who is going to rely on trains? Utter chaos for two hours before event with roads jammed as nowhere to park. On the other hand, they have space to develop a retail park with Currys, Lidl, etc right next door. There are blocks of flats gong up literally next to the stadium less than 100metres away. Why? Where are the park and ride car parks? Getting out was even worse. We were herded to Wembley Park station, I didn't want to go to the station but they assumed everyone does. They corral you in so there is no escape, you are in a confined space with no information. They don't separate people going to station from people just trying to get out! They create an ideal environment for a terrorist attach, you have a huge crowd of maybe 10,000 people confined in a small space with no escape. Really ruined the whole evening. How the hell did the council ever allow this harebraned development?

Security staff are aggressive and violent

Security staff are aggressive, violent and think they are above the law.
Was assaulted by a member of the security team last night after asking for help with a member of family who had mobility issues.
Vile and unhelpful staff
Have a video of the poor excuse for human being that hit me and am seriously considering contacting the Police

Shocking Service at Club Wembley

I paid £175 for a Club Wembley ticket for Non league Day. What a complete rip-off.
The service was non-existent.
Food was cold or the wrong dish brought.
Buffet service waiting times awful.

Please DO NOT BOTHER. Much better service in a normal service with the kiosks. nd cheaper!!!

Amazon Prime lounge at Wembley Sse arena is highly not recommended

I’m writing to express my real disappointment at being denied access to the Amazon prime lounge at the Wembley SSE arena on Sunday 28th October. Myself and my family and friends (6 adults in total) paid £25 each (£150 total) to access the lounge during the Amr Diab concert as I needed to rest because I am pregnant.

At 9pm I tried to enter the lounge and was informed that the bar and the lounge had both closed for the night!!!!!!!!
The lady said If you want to complain you can at the reception against the bar manager as he’s the one who gave us the order to close.
I wouldn’t waste my time and the show to complain about having a rest with the money I have already paid!!!!

why they offer service for money that they fail to provide!!!!

At no point at the time of booking had I been informed that the lounge would close at 9pm- otherwise I would not have booked it.

I expect a full refund of the £150 that was paid for a service that was denied to us and failed to deliver.

It’s been two weeks now since I sent the complaint to customer service with no reply or action.

It’s highly not recommended for anyone as it’s waste of money.

Wonderfull experience let down

Went to fantastic football match but was let down by car parking and car parking staff. I paid to park at Wembley green car park as I'm a blue badge holder . An hour and a half to exit car park with no explanation from stewards only " err this always happens it's police's fault they close road " when we eventually got out of car park at 11.50 could see no reason for roads being closed!!!!!

Bedste koncert ever! //

I was at Wembley and saw One Diretion the 6th and 7th of June and is deeply impressed by the way that was just on top of it all. It was so well organized with that one could sit in the queue that has been keeping an eye on you are not cheated on the front of the queue and there was always something guards one might ask for help if you had a question. for the concert were guards were awake all the time and if there was pushed violently was personally warned that he/she risked being thrown out, if they didn't stop, which was squashed was so delicious! the concert was really good, there was a good atmosphere and very good sound on the big stage. I was also impressed with them way who managed to order all of the 90,000 people away after the concert, there was an easy flow all the way, but went not squeezed and there was put extra metro into so you could come quickly home.
I would like to go to a to gig at Wembley Stadium again, it was really a pleasure much better than then the concert in Parken in Copenhagen!
