Ordered some parts off Wemoto (great selection and prices) unfortunately one parts arrived damaged. Called Wemoto and sent photo to demonstrate, replacement sent out FOC same day & received following day. Can’t ask for better service and friendly phone call.

My original order was taking a while to arrive. I called Wemoto to query the issue. They checked the parcel tracking and offered to resend a new one with free next day delivery as it had got lost in the post. No fuss, just fixed the error quickly and efficiently.
