Not what they say!

I can’t give 5 stars because I did not get what I expected. This is not a complain is just my experience. Auto buy sell themselves as we pay the max and bet competitors. Not my case. They offered me a price range and when got there the final offered was the lowest from the range. They offered based on the market car value so then what is your difference with the rest of auto buyers.?they were below CarMax with the offer and they could not match it. First time and probably last one!! Adequate customer service!

I just want to say thank you

I just want to say thank you to the whole Autobuy team, they made a complicated deal seem seamless, and were on top of every single step along the way! Special shout-out to the team helping us in our deal : Lizbeth, Edwin, and Pierre! All 3 were on top of their roles and walked us thru to make a interstate purchase of a Corvette a breeze!

Because of this hard work and integrity, I plan on selling all my future cars with them without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything more . They worked with us with patience which was surely needed.

I hope Autobuy recognizes it's employees making their company shine! 5 stars!!!

BEWARE,BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

BEWARE,BEWARE
This company are SCAMMERS.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They pretend to purchase your car,get it inspected by someone with a diagnostic scanner who does god knows what to your vehicle and in some cases have changed the registration into another dealers name or some other bad actors,and never complete the purchase with lame excuses every day,this went on for weeks.
WILLIAM HALL was the name of the liar I was dealing with.
Read the other reviews the real ones are all bad.

This is the company who cant afford ur car they buy car from u expected to sell while u r waiting ur money it’s completely scam they don’t have 1$ in their company they r just middle man don’t waste ur time if they don’t sell ur car they get out of contract.u just waste ur time.

Efficient and great service !

Recently, I was recently trying to help an older family friend to sell her car, as she could no longer drive it. Doctors orders ..

I approached the dealer, and tried to accomplish a sale through them, but unfortunately, that did not happen.

Ultimately, I ended up calling Bill, in Boca Raton, Florida @ Autobuy. I explained what the situation was and told him I had a number $$ in mind. He said let me see if I can beat it. Not only did he beat it, he and his colleague, Sara, helped me sell the car for our family friend, and it was a fast, easy, and efficient process.

Bill handled the numbers, and Sara, handled the financial portion.

Coming from the auto business in the past, I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience and Auto Buy. As a result, I will always recommend anyone who’s asking to go to Auto Buy.

Bill and Sara made it a great experience, and our family friend, and her friend were super impressed.

Best experience selling your vehicle

Edwin González and Gloria TFank gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had when selling a vehicle.
I actually sold two cars, and Edwin went above and beyond to get me the best possible price and deal. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

By the time I arrived at the location, all the paperwork was ready, making the process completely hassle-free. I 100% recommend We Pay the Max, and especially Edwin and Gloria — they truly made my life super, super easy.

If you are SELLING your car to Autobuy: DON'T…

If you are SELLING your car to Autobuy (Australia): DON'T, or be prepared for a looong wait. I would have given zero stars I could. I am selling my car to them. They called me on Monday 10 November and we agreed on a price that day. They said I have to pause my car ads until it's settled, which I did on 10 November. I provided all copies of documents they asked for like license, medicare card, service history, registration etc etc the next day. I also had to sign a couple of documents saying I was selling the car to them so I couldn't field any other offers to sell it sooner. They said they would be able to arrange an inspection "same day" which was arranged on Thurs 13th, not same day. Inspection was fine as the car is in excellent condition. Next day (Friday) they tell me they think they might be able to settle the following week, which means it would take a week to pay me. I told them that's a punish why does it take so long, and to escalate to get it sorted earlier. They don't call me Monday so I text them Tuesday 18th November - they call me and tell me they hope they can pay me by the end of the following week, i.e. week ending 28 November but no guarantees. So pretty well 3 weeks to settle on a car we agreed price on day one. I've already missed buying a replacement as two cars I was considering were sold in the interim. I escalated to the Manager who was no further help apart from saying they'd ask internally if they could do it faster. If you are selling your car to them I would suggest you either run a mile, or tell them you won't be signing or committing to anything until you get paid. This experience has been an absolute punish and I will never sell a car to a leasing company again. And btw they've asked for my licence multiple times. I've sent a copy of my license 3 TIMES and my medicare card TWICE. Not recommended at all.
