I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company called Wesellbottles. My order arrived incomplete, with 20 items missing. When I contacted customer service, I was treated as though I was lying about the missing items. Despite returning the package exactly as I received it, I am still waiting for my refund.

It’s frustrating that the company has shown no urgency or accountability in resolving this matter. I am sharing my experience as I await the resolution and hope this review encourages the company to prioritize better customer care.

I've previously placed an order with this company & we experienced a problem with the screw caps.
They were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us by supplying an alternative at no extra cost.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. I received an email confirming purchase.
Having chosen my preferred delivery option, I naively assumed that I would receive another email giving me the delivery day and times, it didn't happen, even though it was Royal Mail tracked. Shame.

My first couple of experience were not the best as there was quite a delay, but then I spoke with an agent on the phone and since then, it has been very smooth, especially the express delivery service.

I am a repeat customer of Wesell Bottles. They always have what I need & delivery is fast. Quality of the product is perfect for my needs.

If there is 0 stars I would give them, I ordered 120mls bottles, they sent me 100mls, I called them , he argued with me, the bottle I got is the right one. I measured with 100mls bottle that I already had, and they are the same size size. He didn’t not offer me refund or replacement. Very disappointing with them . They advertise wrong information.

Ordered 20 spray bottles and 60 screw cap bottles.
15 spray bottles arrived and 50 screw cap bottles arrived alongside 52 screw caps.
Called to enquire if another parcel was coming with the rest. "investigation" was done and company director claimed all bottles were sent. Director was unwilling to claim the missing items from DHL. It "wasn't worth" his time for a few quid but also wouldn't replace them either. Offered a 10% discount off my next order which doesn't help me in any way. Avoid. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing as this seems to be a common occurrence.

Nice bottles, a good selection of tops
and great prices.

However, I ordered 100 each of 2 different sized bottles, and they were all loose in the box.😏 I then had to sort them into 2 plastic bags which was very inconvenient, hence 4 stars not 5. In 20 years of ordering from many different companies, bottles have always been bagged by size. It also keeps them clean if anything happens to the outer packaging.
