Still no refund.
I was sent the incorrect nail polishes and returned requesting a refund. Two weeks on and No refund, I have now emailed them twice the first being 27 August and no response whatsoever. Do not recommend.

Problem now sorted, but........
Received the wrong item and could not contact to advise by email, phone or live chat so had to get PayPal involved. It was only when I posted a bad review on here (which I have now deleted as the problem was quickly sorted out by Sarah) who was very helpful and quickly dispatched the correct item and emailed a returns label for me to return the incorrect items. I have used this company before and never had any problems but it does put me off using again due to the lack of ways you can contact if there is a problem.. The live chat is next to useless, it's says they are on line but you are just left hanging there and getting no response. If this was improved then I would not hesitate to use again and recommend this company.

Totally the wrong order received after a week of waiting, without any communication at all from the sender.
Tried to contact through the online chat function, as this is the only way to make contact and it just left me waiting, no response at all.
Avoid at all costs, total scam!!
