I was left very disappointed really

I was left very disappointed really. My order came to £14.97. I needed to spend £15 for free delivery, so I added a lip pencil to my order for £1 making it £15.97. The parcel took over a week to arrive minus the lip pencil!!! I received no confirmation email of the order or regarding delivery. I tired to contact you on the website using the help message and sat waiting for ages for someone to respond! I then sent an email again with no response. Not good service at all. I would appreciate it if you could send me the lip pencil I ordered.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a number of items, most of which were ok. However, the palette of eyeshadow did not survive the journey and arrived as a broken powdery mess; totally unusable. I immediately contacted the company by the online chat facility and a helpful chap agreed to refund me after I sent photographic evidence on his request. I was told to 'leave it with him and an email would follow in a few hours'. No such email nor refund ever happened. I subsequently tried to contact via the 'chat' several times with no response. I then contacted the company direct but again, no response. Very unimpressed. I won't be purchasing any items again from this company.

I received my order but one item was badly broken so I took a photo and sent an email to which I have had no reply.

Discounts don't work properly and customer support is poor

While their prices are good, their processes and support are very disappointing particularly in the handling of discounts. My promised discount didn't work correctly and I was promised that a refund would be made to my credit card. More than a week later, this hadn't happened and I chased it using online chat. This doesn't actually work very well either with long waits without any response but I eventually got an answer after the 3rd time of asking and was assured again that a refund would be made and an email sent confirming this. Again, nothing happened. This is not the first time I've had issues with their discounts and related service. The previous problem was that using a discount code ended up making the overall price higher - the discount took me below the free postage limit and the postage charges were more than I had saved by using a discount code. Yes! Really!

If you're not using a discount code, it'll probably be fine but if you are, proceed with caution..................

Delighted

I’m delighted with my order. The products I bought were much cheaper than other retailers, they were packaged well and delivered very quickly free of charge. Will definitely be buying from We Sell Cosmetics again!
