As it was my first visit I was very nervous about what my treatment entailed, but after meeting the Staff and Mr Kocis my Dentist who were all very professional and friendly and explained it all I felt much better.

Hi just to let you know I am the most scared person to go to the dentist but after the recent appointment with my new dentist all my fears have gone. I met my dentist Stephen for the first time and he and his assistant put me at ease. No pain no anxiety just a very peaceful process thank you Stephen see you soon.

The staff was very welcoming. And it made you feel as if you had known them for years.

The dentist was extremely efficient kind and caring when she took my three teeth out she explained everything as she went and could not have been more helpful

Always a great experience at this dentist unlike my previous one in Rhyl.
I would rather drive that bit further to be treated well and have full confidence in my dentist. I am a very nervous patient and always have been and feel more at ease at Westend Dental. Mr Bagdasarian and staff are always very understanding and patient and I feel I am getting the best treatment. 👌 Reception staff are lovely too.

The people at West End Dental are brilliant. The care and attention I have had over 10 or more visits has been brilliant. I was not an easy case needing 12 implants. I am getting used to having teeth again and being able to chew. Everything was explained and painful at times well worth it. Excellent dental practice.

Helen the hygienist was welcoming and professional. She respected that I had awful gag reflex and gave me tips in how to distract myself and I was able to complete consultation with a very happy clean teeth

Great service from walking through the door. You are in safe hands at this practise. This is the second review I have ever posted because this dentist deserves it. My go to dentist now had my wisdom tooth out did not feel a thing not even the needle. I had nothing to worry about.
