Friendly, efficient and on time

Friendly , approachable, professional and informative.

The hygienist Miss Trow and the lady that works with her are fantastic i love paying monthly my oral health is so much better now.

The ladies there are kind, caring and so delightful. The dentist is such a nice young man, I wish I was his Dad.

I am impressed by the staff at the reception counter. They were able to have up to the minute update on my case as soon as I walked out from the consultation room, making things very efficient. Thanks to the computer LAN system they have invested in.

The reception area, waiting room and treatment rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The receptionists were polite, efficient and very helpful on the phone, and in person. Dr.Bagdasarian (Stepan) that treated me was polite, highly qualified, professional and very friendly & personable.
Prices seem average for private dental care, and allow a gentle induction for those of us who've had to move from a previous NHS upbringing.
There are a range of charging options to choose from including interest free.
Free, On street parking can be found easily close by (accross the street)

Would highly recommend West End Dental, the hygienist was really friendly and made me feel at ease and gave tips on how to improve my cleaning routine. I love that I can pay monthly and get 2 cleans and a dental appointment per year.

As always with West End Dental the appointments are always on time and the service provided is always of an excellent quality.

Just had my hygiene appointment with Caroline, cheerful as ever, it's as much as an amusing chat as the hygiene appointment itself. All the staff are kind and considerate and I enjoy the visit always. Would highly recommend Westend Dental without a second thought.

If you have to go to a dentist, this practice is right up there. Very pleasant receptionist helped my anxiety immensely. My appointment was bang on time. Friendly dentist called Stephan? (Sorry if I’ve mis-spelled) had us on first name terms like we were old chums. Explained things to me, showed me the X-rays etc. talked through treatment options, pros and cons.
Back downstairs I was given a printed treatment plan, costs associated with each option. Then told to take it away and consider if I want to proceed with any. ‘Just get back to us if you want to go ahead and we’ll arrange a next appointment’. No pressure. Perfect. I’ll definitely stick with this practice if it’s always going to be like this.
