Waiting for a response to a query

I am currently endeavouring to try to contact Westfalia to advise a concern I have with my tow bar. To date I have used the weblink at least twice and have also emailed directly via an advised email address.

Should I get a response to my enquiry I will be happy to improve my rating regardless of outcome, as I have been happy with my purchase up to now.

P.S. Now glad to advise my local Dealer stepped up and provided the inspection and assurance I was seeking. 5 ⭐️ service from @duncanmcintoshtrailers Brechin - Westfalia remain a no show and lucky I didn’t downgrade them to nil stars.
