Poor aftersales customer service
Poor aftersales customer service. I have asked for a quote for an extra unit hoping to place on order for; and despite chasing up - no response. Lack of respect! I will of course spend my money elsewhere.. and won't ever go back.

From start to finish my kitchen was done with ease
They came and removed old kitchen with very little mess and from electrician / plasterer then fitter everything ran fairly smooth
Got to give a mention to Dana & Tracy for working with me and also the experience of Robert & his sidekick Ayden , very professional

Delighted with the quality and the look…
Delighted with the quality and the look of my new Westfield kitchen.
Showroom staff were extremely helpful and amended initial design drawings to suit us. Thanks to all staff involved in organising everything for us.
Joiners were hardworking and set off from base very early each morning to arrive in Aberdeen for 8 am start. Well done boys.
We would highly recommend Westfield for the beautiful kitchens they instal.

Great service and customer care from both showroom and factory. Excellent knowledge and willing to change layout drawing until they meet your requirements. Delivery and aftersales faultless.
Quality of all parts are excellent and if unhappy with anything no problems in changing or replacing.
Would recommend this company for the complete process of buying and suppling a kitchen.
