Could not ask for better service - very helpful

My questions about collections were answered by CS. Was number 9 in queue on the telephone before getting through. Information should be available on the website it emailed after placing an order then would not need a phonecall and waste 30minutes of my time

The Customer Service Representative was exceptional !
He helped me work out what was going on with my Account and Orders and brought about much more clarity.
Kind and Patient and very understanding and under the circumstances of things that are out of our hands externally, he placed me at ease and reassured me the resolves, of which are in motion as I relay this message.
Exemplary Service - Thank-you !

I received a 50p collection coin that I didn't request, and it was received damaged in transit. I requested a refund and was told that I would get it as soon as I returned the coin. Also asked to have any auto-charges cancelled. The caller was helpful and informed me that this was done, and no further coins would be sent.

It was nice to talk to a human straight away and not an automated service

Not only is this a sneaky subscription service the initial hook of something for 2.99 (delivery only) ended up costing 28 quid.

I placed an order for a spitfire pin badge on the 13th March. They took payment which was just delivery a few days later and said that I would receive the order between 5-7 working days. I checked the website and it said if the order hasn’t arrived after the 7 working days then there’s been a delay and the order could arrive between 10-15 working days. Yesterday, April 6th, my order still hasn’t arrived. I checked my orders and it wasn’t there. I had to go through so many different settings to find it and I had a charge for today, a day into the future for a subscription I never signed up for. I removed my card IMMEDIATELY from their website and moved my money into a different account. I cancelled the subscription, contacted customer service on both issues and received some vapid response. Today, they charged me. Do NOT buy from them. It’s definitely a scam. Contacting the fraud department of my bank. Terrible people.

Biggest bunch of con artists going. They claim in their Facebook advert that they offer a free commemorative coin (glossing over the fact it's £2.99 delivery charge). They then sign up people up to a £19.99 a month subscription service. Nowhere in your ad does it clearly state your a subscription service.

Pleased with how quickly you dealt with me.

Bought 1 coin and was charged for a subscription.
Wasn't transparent to me at the time, really should make it clear if signing up to a subscription. Have returned for a full refund.
Update; Very good response about taking feedback on board so have updated my rating.

I ordered the 50p for 50p Titanic coin which I never received as they did not have stock. I then contacted customer services and cancelled the order as well as the collection that was to follow and was credited for the 50p plus postage that I had paid for. A couple of weeks later I received the coloured 50p Titanic coins with an invoice for £31.98 and the 50p for 50p that they did not have in stock the very next day. I then phoned the customer service again and explained that these continuous invoices are stressing me out as I did not want the coins to which he acknowledged that he could see that these had been cancelled. He suggested I return them at the post office to which I objected as the should not have sent the coins anyway, so he proceeded to arrange a pick up through Royal Mail which they duly did and that my account would be credited and there should be a zero balance.Even though the coins have been collected, I continue to receive emails from them saying that my account is overdue and I need to make payment. I have written to them 3 times and attached the proof email I received from royal mail that these were picked up and yet I keep receiving overdue emails.
Can someone please rectify my account and somewhere in the chain there is a lack of communication.
I would not recommend Westminster to anybody

Hi. I placed an order with yourselves on the 1st of April. On the I emailed 1 hour later to have all orders linked to subscriptions cancelled. Phone first thing in the morning to make sure it was sorted. Was reassured all orders were cancelled that I wouldn't be hit with an unexpected bill next month. That I wouldn't have to wait to recieve my first order to cancel. Got emails today to say orders linked to subscriptions where dispatched and the email from yourselves tells me I do have to wait for first order and that they were already dispatched bear in mind the guy on the phone said he checked the email youd sent and reassured me that they were definately all cancelled. There's still 4 items NOT cancelled I can see through my account that are linked to subscriptions that yourselves wont even have in stock for DAYS. the day I called it was still 2-3 days for dispatch so plenty time to NOT send them. I can see plenty linked to subscriptions that have been sent to my address despite what your staff told me.
Thankfully I recorded the whole conversation. Screen recorded every correspondence and have screenshot daily the updates and what my account is saying.
You can fix this or ill be sending every last piece of it to trading standards, the fraud team with the bank and my father who is a solicitor and would be happy to help me out.
This is an utter joke and total scam
Not to mention the only reason I dint realise I was signing up to a subscription was because the writing stating theyre linked to subscriptions is in the fine print at the bottom
Already breaking trading standards with the false wording even then "cancel at any time with NO obligation" id say the inability to cancel orders. Inability to cancel subscriptions without the hassle of paying and receiving an order having to send it back etc is definately not mentioned under the subscription information in small print sure is an obligation.
If say its interesting that you have had the complete inability to cancel 4 outstanding subscriptions particularly that YOU dont even have in stock. And the cheek to say "we cant cancel these because they've been dispatched" 3 days after I was reassured they were cancelled .

I ordered a coin priced at 50 p. It arrives. A month later, my card is automatically set up for a deduction of over 25 pounds and again the following month. My bank, suspecting a fraud, blocked my card. I had to manage without a card until my new one arrived. I can see online that several people have been duped thus. The use of the name Westminster and the use of Royalty coins etc. gives them a terrible cover. Could I report them to the government, the police or a consumer watchdog so that they don't scam others? It would be interesting to ask the owner of Westminister Collection if he would mind paying for a coffee at Starbucks and then find that the small print on the bill said he was subscribed to 25 pounds a month.

Trapped me into a subscription without making me aware of it. Charged me £30+ before I unsubscribed from it. This is how they make their money.

Do not sign up to their offers. They will constantly harass you, demanding money for nothing. It’s an absolute nightmare. I emailed when nothing had been shipped and they said they’d ensure nothing would be. They then started demanding £1.99 saying my “account is overdue”, even though they’d already said nothing would be sent. I’m now in contact with Trading Standards.
UPDATE
I have been in contact with your customer service team for almost 30 days but they ignore what I say and just keep hounding me. (MA06126)
