Great service

I had a good experience with Westminster Community Homes, was great to live in Pimlico as it was close to my work.

The staff were helpful, my main contact was Eric Otoo, who I always found to be very responsive and friendly.

Overall a great experience

Overall lovely experience with great staff

Overall lovely, honest and very happy to help staff.

Natural limitations being a government institution which meant some issues with my flat did take longer than necessary to resolve e.g water pressure - not their fault though, just the nature of process driven institutions. However, the staff I dealt with were amazing and always tried their best the provide the best experienced for tenants.

Additionally, quick response times, reasonable rates, proactive problem solving all mean I would gladly rent another properly from WCH

I recently moved into Westminster…

I recently moved into Westminster Community Homes, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is incredibly supportive and responsive, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly. The community is welcoming, and the facilities are well-maintained. I appreciate the efforts made to create a comfortable and friendly living environment. I highly recommend Westminster Community Homes to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Pure Incompetence and the worst customer service!

I can't really put into words my disgust with the way I have been treated, promises made and broken, this is technically a part of Westminster council that pretends to be a property management company that gets professional residents to rent one of their properties. What they don't tell you is that they are usually on council estates, and usually there is crime and ASB, not only this the properties are of poor quality because they aren't willing to spend money to do them to a good standard. When you meet with them they make promises about this and that, and if there are serious problems they will try to put you in a different property and they are very communicative. But when you sign he contract that's it, end of communications, no response to phone calls, emails, and any issues you have with the property not their problem and because its on a council estate expect you to contact the council and wash their hands of their responsibilities. When you ask them to move you because of crime, ASB and noise problems they just say you can move out and don't make any attempt to solve the problem. I would take them to court but the time and resources involved and because they are council employees they are not expected to have the same accountability as a private company is not worth it. The staff I have interacted with have been unhelpful and the Manager of the team (Hannah Callender) is equally incompetent, unhelpful and completely dismissive of any of my complaints. I would avoid this option for housing at all costs its not worth it.
