The company has taken a revolutionary approach to property development - many of our properties’ components are now pre-manufactured and tested in our own carefully controlled Weston-run factory, rather than on site. This enables the efficient fitting at a late stage of construction of fixtures such as kitchen worktops, wardrobes and bathroom vanity units which incorporate bespoke basins, storage cabinets and associated plumbing. This minimises wasted materials whilst maximising the quality of our brand new homes.

Weston Homes provides properties to exceed the expectations of purchasers both in terms of quality and value for money. Projects are hugely varied, ranging from select housing developments to large-scale city apartment complexes of many hundreds of homes. Weston homes is a serious agency and has the best agent in London, we are buying a flat brand new home , and is our first time buy , Weston homes give us 5 % of the deposit as gift followed by our 5% . ( very nice touch) , i’m very happy of how all the bureaucratic paper work as been handle and Simon was very helpful and incredible professional without forget that behind every sale there are humans , we worked soo hard for our dreams house for long time and having an agent with good attitude and like a dad behaviour is essential and crucial . Simon was punctual , helpful to any part , he put as in contact for every step with all the connected people(broker Vincent burch, top broker!!, solicitor , builders , and insurance home , bank and all the others) everything is incredible precise and fast that if you dreaming an house today , with all of them is gonna be real done tomorrow!!! We so many different flats in the same building and Simon was listening carefully all our needs until we found oyr flat, lightly , technology, spacious , cosy , convenient, stylish, with balcony and with garden that was my 1 first essential topping on my home list. Many flats available yet but not for long time… i believe with an agent so good as Simon , all will be sold fast!!! All in the staff of Weston home they are nice , I’m incredible surprise how best we choose and how best they are !!! Thank Simon , thank to all of weston home !!! I really recommend you and all your staff!!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Weston Homes for their outstanding service and professionalism. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Lisa, Richard, Harriet, and the rest of the team (apologies if I’ve forgotten any names) have been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

Their communication has been clear, prompt, and reassuring at every stage. They have consistently gone above and beyond to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure everything runs smoothly. What truly stands out is their friendly, approachable manner combined with a high level of expertise and attention to detail my broker was very horrified about an incident I did not know about and their support through this process made me feel so comfortable and supported.

Buying a home can often be stressful, but the Weston Homes team made the experience feel well-managed and supported from beginning to end. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and it’s clear they genuinely care about delivering the best possible service.

I would highly recommend Weston Homes to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and supportive team. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment it has been greatly appreciated.

Great experience

Buying my first property through Weston homes has been seamless. I was quite naive with the process of it all but the agents, specifically Judy & Valerie, have been amazing and so patient.

Customer services

My flat unfortunately had a leak in toilet that led to flooding and damage occurred at in different areas, However this was devastating, but Weston homes effectively and efficiently managed very sensibly and correctly, though it indeed there were tough times but Rachel Hatton from customer services dealt very professionally and with excellent communication skills and was very helpful in sorting out ,

Both our shower panels stopped working

Both our shower panels stopped working, spoke to the team on Monday, on Tuesday morning both showers had been repaired, I am so grateful to team to get this sorted for us as my husband has MND. Thanks to all.

Unfortunately I bought a two bed luxury…

Unfortunately I bought a two bed luxury living apartment from Weston homes in abbey quay barking, I was expecting a peaceful living environment to live out my restful days for retirement.
but the apartments seem ok in general not any snagging really, and the site manager was good in helping.
the problem is the soundproofing is minimal industry standard and so you can hear your neighbours speaking loudly, music with base and the banging of the walls seems to transfer across apartments up, down and sideways.
the closing of patio and front apartment doors when left to close on there own accord, creates loud noise plus deep vibrations to adjacent apartments.
the other issues is apartments to the side and above when you have large children and even adults jumping around creates very loud noise and vibrations through out the apartment. the ceilings are suspended about two and half foot from the concrete ceiling which may transfer sound across the apartment more than usual .

the apartment block I purchased the apartment in was meant to be an all private affair as in buyers and the council and social have their own blocks, but what has happened is a management company has bought many apartments in my block and the adjacent block, and six months later leased them to the council.
whilst same tenants are respectful of there neighbours and surrounding environment others are not and cause a lot of trouble noise and disruption to the residents of the apartments .
so I just received an email from encore who are the managing agents stating they are not responsible for disruptive tenets creating certain no go zones in areas where these council and social tenets are aggressive to existing residents and encore staff.
encore will not allow direct contact with the managing agents so it difficult or near impossible to deal with. my problem is on going for 15 months with people above, jumping all hours of the day and night.
some of Weston sales staff tried to help but really its not there job, or not interested in solving my problem and others who have similar problems in the block.

During the purchase by my in-laws, we experienced professionalism, consideration and accuracy. Aspects were managed in a timely and efficient manner, which helped a difficult process, become less fraught.

Shower tray

My shower broke early 2025. After much back and forth it was agreed it was incorrectly fitted and should be replaced. Even though it took a long time the team were always approachable, patient and polite. The team they sent out to undertake the replacement were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job and could not be faulted. They turned around the whole experience!

I do not recommend buying a Weston…

I do not recommend buying a Weston homes apartment in anything higher than 2 floors. I live in a 10 floor block in Edinburgh way development which has 98 flats and 1, a single lift which now breaks down weekly. The building is only a little over 2 years old. Now us owners are stuck with trying to figure out a permanent solution.
