My shower broke early 2025. After much back and forth it was agreed it was incorrectly fitted and should be replaced. Even though it took a long time the team were always approachable, patient and polite. The team they sent out to undertake the replacement were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job and could not be faulted. They turned around the whole experience!

Judy and Valerie at Tayfen Court are excellent and can be relied upon.

I do not recommend buying a Weston homes apartment in anything higher than 2 floors. I live in a 10 floor block in Edinburgh way development which has 98 flats and 1, a single lift which now breaks down weekly. The building is only a little over 2 years old. Now us owners are stuck with trying to figure out a permanent solution.

Judy and Valerie were great in their approach throughout the purchase.

Great communication and an amazing welcome with a packed hamper full of treats and Prosecco in the fridge, and an organised case of useful paperwork.
Additionally relatively quick to respond to urgent issues within the first month, though there hasn’t been anything major.

I have to say, buying this home through Weston Homes has been absolutely brilliant! We have recently purchased three new homes in the past year or so and this experience has been, without doubt the best. All staff, especially Judy, with whom I had the most contact, have been completely professional and very friendly at all times - both in person and over the phone.

Judy and Valerie were fantastic all the way through the process of me purchasing my first home. They guided me through and chased timelines when needed to ensure the process was completed in a fast and timely manner.

They held a lovely get together to meet the neighbours and where so lovely and welcoming to me attending on my own.

Lilianan is very friendly and professional personable who helps us to visit the two bedrooms apartment and give us valuable information about shared ownership and the Salary cap for the mortgage.
