I feel cheated way way behind dropbox on upload

What is going on at WETRANSFER? They have just put me on a new subscription and taken over 1,750k out of my account. In any other industry this would be CRIMINAL! They are suppose to be refunding me but I've not seen any money yet. This is very bad. They are a company who prides themselves on working with Artists, whilst they are literally robbing them. I've enjoyed using the paid account for years. Now it's over!

It doesn't work on Opera.

I can't conset on the privacy policy... So I can't do anything when someone gives me a link.

Shockingly bad. That is all.

Their UX (user experience) is completely awkward presenting ads all over the place with minimal functionality.

Cannot get a refund from we transfer for subscription cancellation. Within the timeframe.They say 5-10 days submitted 2nd request 14 days later.No phone number for help Refund request page does not work. How much harder can they make it.?? Anyone to help?

My friend sent an audio file which they held on to for the free period of delivery. When thta free period ended they wrote to me saying i could buy the file by taking out a conscription to their company. ROGUES!!!

Just don't. I got charged twice. They write you can cancel the subscription in settings. But wtf is that??

Too complicated and long winded for my liking. In the end I just gave up. You can't beat the old fashioned straight forward PDF download. Who ever set up this 'We Transfer' needs slagging off.

their dubious TOS, horrible support and doubling of the price made me drop them.

Wow! I came on here to give a review and surprised to see it has such a low overall rating. I've been using it for a couple of years now. Ideal for sending large documents between myself and suppliers in the Far East, documents that are too large for e-mail. I'm technically challenged but find it so easy to use. it's never let me down or failed to deliver. I'm also often sent artwork and images from suppliers and never had one not arrive. I find it marvellous. Very happy with it and to think you don't have to pay either. I'm very grateful for it.

your website design is the most horrible thing i have ever seen in my entire life and that says something because ive been around since the internet exists! whoever made it, fire him, get someone else!

Wetransfer changed their plan & pricing. We got a plan with more than double the cost. Our usage would easily be a smller plan. After contact with customer support I could reduce the plan. The button for this was greyed out. So they advised me to cancel as we were still before the subscription renew date. After cancelling I got 50% to reapply. Now the full fee is being debited. And already 8 email further with their support, but with no reply on my question. Only verification, replies on questons i did not ask for, can't open your files. I have the feeling to be stuck in some AI loop

Being forced to pay a team 10 seat subscription for the ammount of €1,604.84 when last year was €98.

The support has not canceled it and they have put the issue automaticaly to the resolved!

Cancelled my account because of the A.I. fiasco and the price increase. Got an offer for half off at renewal date to stay, which I accepted, which my account reflected correctly until the renewal date, then today they charged my card for the full amount and any trace of the offer is gone in my account.

This lot charge a king's ransom for serices you can get free elsewhere such as transfernow.com on top of which their customer service is dreadful - essentially a brick wall to any enquiry.

This actually is one of the tricks they played with me they wrote unlimited everything and in the FAQ they mentioned the 2TB limitation of storage which I saw after the subscription. Pls beware of this

Was a subscriber for years afeter using the free version for ages and the extra benefits for a fair price - was happy to do so. Price hikes and restructure are a cash grab only. Lots of better free alternatives out there so they have done me a favour and lost me and my money forever. RIP WT.

After all the years I've been using WeTransfer, as soon as I am coerced into paying for the service... the transfer runs into trouble. I am still waiting for the transfer to get past 77%. Rubbish.
