Horrible Experience! Take Care really bad service
Horrible Experience! Never had something like this. Ordered my 300€ Wetsuit (5/3mm to use in Cape Towin Winter) in May. Got shipped and was already damaged on the legs. I got a small refund. After i used it 5 times in Tarifa the knees started to break. I was in contact with the Wetsuit Outlet service. After the wetsuit got broken on the shoulder, where you take the frontzip off, i asked to get a new one, because that should be normal after a few weeks. It was crazy complicated to sent it back to their "repair center". i told them that i will not be that long in europe anymore. no answer from the team. after they "checked" it they said its not a warrantie case. Now they have my wetsuit and my 300€ and will never see anything again. Don't order at a shop like that! "Customer Service" is not reachable on the phone. Tried to call at 11am and the mailbox said that office hours are from 9am to 5pm. Unbelievable.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.We're sorry to hear that you've not been pleased with the quality of your new Mystic suit, this is, most certainly not how we'd like for you to feel after shopping with us.
We are very surprised to hear that you wasn't able to reach us on the phone, as all our advisors were available from 9am to 5pm and no one reported an issue to contact us.
Having reviewed all the conversations between yourself and our Warranty team, It would appear that an agreement was made to repair the wetsuit, at our cost.
The offer was made in August, and I can see that our warranty team replied within 4 days. However, the wetsuit wasn’t returned until September.
When the wetsuit was received by our approved repair service, it transpired that more damaged was discovered, which you didn’t mentioned in the conversation with the warranty team. Those were not a fault of the product but a user damage.
Despite all this, I have tried to find a solution for you, as we do care for our customers and our 4.5* rating on Trustpilot speak for itself.
An email will be sent to you directly today to try to come to a compromise.

Wetsuitoutlet provided a great offer,came up with a near perfect delivery and great customer service, helping me to clarify that the product was totally fine while the outer package got slight transport damage and providing me with information about all necessary regulatory requirements. Unfortunately I didn't keep the chelan 120 and here Wetsuitoutlet provided a non complicated retoure process which was completed without any complications
