Thank you for reviewing our service, but we are saddened to hear that you were not happy with the delivery and communication around your order.
You placed your order at the start of this month and it was dispatched following day via TNT. The courier company tried to deliver it to you the next day but no one was home and they reportedly left a message for you to re-arrange delivery. This was completed two days later. All of this is on their track and trace system. Unfortunately, we have no control over TNT's delivery schedules or the rearrangement of deliveries and you would have had to contact them directly to do this.
At the time of dispatch we did send out a tracking number [along with your order dispatch email] for you to trace your shipment and at no time during this delivery period did we receive a call or email to raise issues over the delivery from either party. If we had, we would have pushed TNT on this.
However, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the failure on the part of the delivery service and will take your comments on board going forward.

Ordered a sample of bathroom wall…
Ordered a sample of bathroom wall board, which arrived quickly. However, as it was a PVC box structure, it wasn't what we were looking for. I did notice that the sample was slightly distorted (a couple of the box channels were slightly crushed) - I used this as proof to my wife that although the outer design was perfect, the PVC construction would not be resilient enough for our use.

Thank you for your review.
Just a quick note to address your concerns over the sample that you received. Our samples are simply to specifically show the design that you ordered rather than the resilience of the structure, this is because when we cut the panels into sample size [less than A4] the structural stability of them weaken and this isn't helped by sending them through regular mail - where additional weight can and usually is placed on top which could lead to the slight distortion that you mentioned.
When we send out the actual product via couriers its honeycomb structure and the high impact PVC design prevent such distortion - even after installation - with additional panels fitted using the tongue and groove system giving additional support.

Just a quick note to address your concerns over the delivery costs - as the items are bulky and more often than not heavy our couriers charge us by the dimensions and weight of the orders. But rather than passing on the total delivery cost to the customers we charge a flat-rate fee of £29.95 for orders under £199 for Mainland UK addresses and offer free delivery for those with an order total over £199..
We do take on board your comment about the delivery pricing and will continue to look into this to get the best service and pricing for our customers.
