Great customer service to sort my nightmare of a delivery
After writing a two star review yesterday I spoke to someone called Andy who phoned to make a full apology, with the help of Alan and a wonderful delivery driver ( don’t know his name) they have replaced all my wetwall and trims the next day free of charge which means I can finally get my shower back in. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the broken panels and the need to replace them and for the delivery service which is tnt. If this had been how it was the first time then it would of more than likely been a five star.

First of all, I would like to apologise for your order not being delivered on time unfortunately during the current conditions - and as was mentioned in our email to you last week - there had been a slight hold up due to reduced staffing levels. Secondly, we will arrange replacements for those damaged panels and will be in touch asap to resolve this.

Great value, easy purchase,helpful staff.
Called for info about the panels.Chap on the phone was very helpful. I ordered on line, click and collect, and collected the panels a couple of days later. They were in stock, so I could have collected the next day if necessary. I'm pleased with the panels, much easier and cleaner than tiles. Also cheaper. Great value.

Material's arrived sooner than expected packed exceptionally well not to allow any damages. Installation went exceptionally well (Down side was the adhesive wasn't as good as I would have liked) but hot the job done and looks good.
Another down side I now have another 2 bathroom's to do)

Hi Mel,
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with what you received and have to agree with you. This is not our normal practice and the staff member involved in dispatching your order has been shown/told the proper way to send out our samples - which is to identify all samples sent out with labels and a packing slip enclosed in the envelope.
In regards to the quality and size of the samples, these are cut specific for samples and they should all be the same size or thereabouts - they cannot be exactly the same size due to the different types of panels that we sell - but again we will make sure to try to keep these as uniform as possible.
As for the comment about the product quality being mediocre, this is something that we do have to disagree with, especially since all our panels are sold with a guarantee. Yes, there are many different types of panels out there where the quality is questionable but we have never sold the cheap/poor quality panels that are flooding the market nowadays.
If you still wish to discuss doing business with us re. your two shower rooms then please call us up on 0141 882 8275 and ask for me personally. If you do not, then I thank you for your review and for raising several points that we have now addressed with our staff, and I hope that whoever you buy the panels from to do your two rooms up that you are happy with the finished articles.

I just deleted a 5 star review with my name against it. I didn't post this glowing review. I think Fruugo are a shower of fraudsters. They reply to all complaints with the message that a member of customer services will be in touch - forget it. You'll never get a refund from them. Cut your losses and never go near them again.
