The lamps were sent for a simple cable shortening (for which you have to pay an additional fee if you still want to benefit from the guarantee). They took 2 weeks to shorten the cables per specific instructions and cut the wrong lenght!! They also then sent the lamps with the incorrect cable lenght to the wrong delievery address. The package was lost by the curier which resulted in 5-week delay. Zero customer support during that time. The lamps may look nice but if there is a problem, the manufacturer fails to take ownership of its own mistakes and hides behind the suppliers. Also worth noting for those who don't take the entire summer off for vacation is that the factory shuts down for a whole month of August so if you need any services or support at that time, you can forget it! This is my last order from this company and I do not recommend using them.

We were recommended to try this company by a lighting engineer. So helpful in the showroom, and the track lighting was the nicest we had seen. Service has been brilliant, Jordan in particular. Something arrived slightly damaged, and she sorted a replacement immediately. From an entire renovation, this has been one of the easiest companies we’ve dealt with.
