A personal service without the pressure of buying

When looking on line at items i was interested in, phoning the York shop and the staff only too happy to acquire the items and allow me to have them put aside to be picked up later.
Both members of staff on two seperate occasions were very helpful and professional.

On our visit to Hamond's Jewellers, we were looked after by Hugo who was very helpful, pleasant and polite. He showed us several items and was extremely patient throughout. I chose some earrings and there was a reduction in the price which was an added bonus. They were beautifully wrapped which is a lovely touch. I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to visiting you again. Thank you.

The sales assistant was really helpful and spent a long time with me trying to find a pair of earrings that closely matched ones I had lost. He was very warm and friendly. I could not fault the service I received.

Staff were very courteous and efficient. The jewellery is lovely and was able to purchase my item as allowed to pay in instalments. May take a while as they are extremely busy, but was worth it and very happy with my item (silver Claddagh ring with jet black heart stone). See you on my next visit Hamonds 👍

The pendant I purchased was unique in design and flawless in execution. A wonderful piece which I have not seen the like of. It is a delight to wear. Packaging was perfection, a real treat to open. This was my first purchase but I don't think it will be my last.

Don’t purchase Clogau from them online, item didn’t come in Clogau box or with a guarantee, even though website states (All of our Clogau jewellery is delivered in elegant Clogau packaging), purchased 16th July and was told would have box and guarantee by August, told on 3rd September after chasing them up again that they were still waiting for them to arrive, so where is the items original guarantee? this was a gift I couldn’t give it as it looked strange in a different box with no 2 year guarantee , cost me extra to purchase a Clogau gift elsewhere, have told them not to bother sending now but they said will still send. Still waiting as of today
