It was good experience very good service

Took a while to come, but we'll worth it,I'm one very happy customer.
The instructions were spot on, followed through to the end.

I can't rave about this company enough. I had lots of questions about a scooter I was wanting to purchase from their website. They answered every question and anything the person I was speaking to at the time didn't know he went and found out. Some of my questions seemed to me to be silly but they answered them without making me feel silly. For some reason my card was declined on delivery but I spoke to the company again and they sorted it for me and the bike was paid in full. I bought their jacket, helmet, trousers and gloves package aswell due to the great service provided. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bought my 50cc neco borsalino bike 4 weeks ago realy happy with it lovely little bike . The only issue is a faulty fuel tank float i contacted them about it and the part was ordered and posted out to me asap . Got to say the service and the purcase of the bike all went smoothly very good to deal with friendly and great selection of bikes . Like i say made up with mine if your looking for a motorbike give them a look highly recommend them 👌

We conversed over email and I was able to get a lot of details on the LEXOMOTO 125 they where quick to reply and helped me out a ton.

Turned out I knew Kev from back in the day. Everything went smooth and was completed within 15 mins. Great company and brilliant shop setup. Highly recommend 👌

Whatever Wheels have a great showroom with a variety of motorcycles and scooters both ICE and Electric. They gave excellent customer service and comprehensive instructions to get me on the road. Their prices were competitive and they were very helpful getting me on the road within a few hours of my decision to make a purchase of a lovely new NIU NQI GTS. Fantastic group of lads, very polite and very helpful, I bought a moped in 2020 was very impressed so 3 weeks ago I went bk and bought 3 bikes for myself and children, they allow you to go and look around the showroom with no pressure to buy and are very helpful when enquiring on specific bikes, from start to finish they were great, highly recommend Whatever Wheels for everything bike related

Very helpful in talking through the features and benefits of each ATV, along with legalities for road use, allowing an informed decision to be made. Salesman was highly knowledgable and prepared to go the extra mile to get the best deal available. 5 stars.

Living > 300 miles away, I was expecting a better after service, rather than a suggestion to WhatsApp. No use to me, as this wouldn't work particularly well, in the rural area where my ATV is stored. Consequently, I sent an email a couple of weeks ago with a few questions. Nobody has responded and I've now sought the answers to these questions elsewhere. 1 star

On balance 5 stars + 1 star / 2 = 3 stars

Staff was very useful, told me everything I needed to know, the staff was also very polite.
