Failed delivery due to parcel force gross incompetent
I apologise for this negative review against when nature's call
Parcel force are totally blame they have completely failed in delivering my purchase after speaking to them on several occasions including a manager the delivery have not follow instructions my parcel is likely to be returned to when nature calls
This situation has caused me such stress and inconvenience
Parcel force in the UK are not to be believed or trusted

As we communicatie by email on this issue before, we are confused here because your adres is proper on the parcel with the exact adres details you filled in by making the order which you can see as well in the tracking status you received. The Post label on the parcel is automatically generated. You told us you did had contact with the Post service in your country and scheduled a second delivery attempt which will be tomorrow. We hope your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible and we kindly will ask you to give the Postal service a change to deliver your parcel.

Top rate customer service
Tried to book a weekend pass for the loos at the Isle of wight. Couldn't work out how to do it and messaged when nature calls at 11 pm on a Friday night. The person who replied not only explained exactly what I needed, but despite it being late sorted out a ticket for me. Haven't used it yet, but if the actual toilets are any where near as good as the customer service I'll be really happy.
