This company is a huge red flag!

This company is a huge red flag! Please don’t order from here. The quality of their frames is equivalent to a dollar store and the lenses are NOT created correctly at all! I tried a couple different pairs, and they were both absolutely horrible. Initially they refused to refund my money. I looked up their “return address”, and it wasn’t a business location, it was someone’s townhouse! This is a huge red flag & is a scam. After my refund was denied I left a review on Trust Pilot. They quickly contacted me and said they would refund my $ if I removed my bad review. Which I agreed to remove my initial review. But I think about all the people being scammed by this company, and I need to do my due diligence to inform others of my bad experience. This company has decent reviews because they threaten customers who leave negative reviews. Just don’t use this company!!! Not trustworthy!

Forever shopping at Wherelight

Wherelight is the only online shop I’ve purchased my glasses through and 7 pairs later I have no regrets!!! I always get tons of compliments and they’re a great way to add more of my personality to any look.
Like any online retailer the processing times aren’t always as fast as I’d like but I’m just impatient and they always arrive within the expected window.
If I could afford to, I would have a different pair of wherelight glasses to wear for every day of the year.

Great glasses and custom service. They replied to my email within a few hours & kept me updated on my shipment. I have purchased twice & will continue. They have numerous options & many clip on frame choices.

Company review

Very easy process if you have a profile already. Shipping is also short process. The company offers a variety of different styles and price ranges. I ordered all my glasses from them and have no complaints.

Horrible customer service

I ordered glassess and loved the first ones. Second pair, Wherelight sent me the wrong glasses with the wrong prescription. They would not fix the issue and refused to issue me a refund or even send me the correct pair. I had to dispute thru my credit card company. Horrible company to work with. I’ll stick to Zenni

Frames that don't squeeze

I have a wide face that fluctuates with my health, so it's sometimes hard to find frames that don't squeeze my head. Wherelight offers a wide range of stylish frames that allow me to still feel feminine and fashion forward. The price point has been great and the quality exceeds the cost. I've ordered new frames at least every six months just because I could and liked the style. My glasses are my new favorite accessory because of Wherelight. Highly recommend.

Cheap, cute glasses!

This shop was super cheap compared to other places you can go, and they had some really unique and stylish frame options. I got a my favorite pair of glasses here for $20 ($10 for the glasses plus $10 shipping). Shipping was timely as well and they were packaged carefully, nothing came broken or bent or anything like that. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair!

Super Slow to Process

Updated March 2026:
Despite the initial communication issue that caused a long delay, I received my glasses and they are almost great. There was an issue with my progressive sunglasses and they have been amazing with customer service to try to fix it. Phyllis is very considerate and attentive and I know this company has the best intentions to make great glasses for their customers. It makes me extra happy because they do have the most interesting designs and colors and lens option ( please offer premium progressives with wider field of vision soon! ) and I look forward to building my collection with Wherelight. Thanks so much

Waited for 3 weeks for glasses and had paid for faster service.Finally wrote to them about my order and they asked for a copy of my prescription because there is an element that is unusual. I was upset they failed to contact me about a minor issue for 3 weeks and asked for a refund. At least they were able to handle that quickly. Too bad. I was really excited but I didn't have any confidence in them after that issue.
