Not clear communication.

I've ordered from wherelight in the past and was dissapointed this time did not live up to previous experiences. I ordered 2 frames and waited nearly a month and had not heard anything back. When I reached out to them, they let me know that one of the styles I had picked was sold out and they did not know when it would be back in stock. They did then apologize and ordered to send the frames that were completed right away which I accepted. It would have been better if I had been informed much earlier that what I wanted was not in stock. The fact it still had not been marked as sold out bothered me and makes me worry this could happen again in the future.

READ, the SMALL PRINT, CAREFULLY!!!

I should have read the small print TWICE, if you think that you're getting TRANSITIONS LENSES & you actually ordered sunglasses, ONLY BE MAD at YOU (ME), my error. I learned on my second order, WHERELIGHT was gracious enough to send me a $50.00 off coupon, to fix my error. As I've said, I have ordered more glasses after my mistake.

Excellent Experience!

Glasses came quickly, and the prescriptions were perfect. Frames are solid and feel good on; no adjustments were needed. Will definitely order from again!

Beat other expedited glasses here!

Ordered 2 pairs and they beat my other order from a well known competitor that was with expedited shipping! Will definitely order from again. Eyeglasses look great and fit as expected. Thanks!

Favorite glasses I've ever had.

The ordering process was quick and easy, the prices are reasonable and the glasses are well made. I love all the fun choices of frames. Shipping was fast and the glasses were well packaged. Absolutely my favorite glasses I've had to date.
