Fab service from start to finish

So easy to book, great availability and tumble drier back working well within 2 days. Engineer Tom was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Great communication regarding timelines and engineer was on time. All in all a great experience!

Got to speak to an agent quickly

Got to speak to an agent quickly, no chatbots!, who organised a repair quickly, no excuses trying to wriggle out of warranty contract, engineer was on time, very polite and professional, fixed dryer quickly, excellent service all round, well worth the 5yr care/repair warranty take out on purchase nearly 3yrs ago

Domestic and General repair

I have been with Domestic & General who were superb in their service. I had a repair engineer within one day of asking for a repair. The work was carried out within 30 minutes and I was informed when the Whirlpool engineer would be available and he sent a text when he knew his arrival time. Excellent service for the response and repair.
