One of the worst service ever I experienced from a reputed brand. Didn't deserve indian market.. boycot Whirlpool

Very poor services
We purchased top load washing machine from bajaj electronics there guy is friendly but whirlpool installation team is not responding to machine installation we called almost 10 to 20 times but not answering my call I suggest don't purchase any whirlpool product there no service on time...

Very poor services I really trust wirnpool brand but I am wrong I was purchased refrigerator last 2 year i was complaint last 1 month but compressor under warranty but 2 time denied your compressor will be available Monday to Tuesday but I was call Wednesday wirnpool team was replying your parts are not available.

I am very frustrated with wirnpool services

I am quite disappointed with the overall performance and quality of the products we received. The items did not meet the specifications promised, and the actual functionality was far below expectations. Several components exhibited poor build quality, and we faced repeated operational issues during initial usage.

Don't buy Whirlpool product very bad product very bad company thier engineer fooling the customer we bought Whirlpool fridge for 1 year cooling is very bad they change my fridge but the new fridge the problem is same so don't buy Whirlpool product third class company third class product

My mother is a 80 years old senior citizen, ( she even doesn't know how to handle herself at this age ) has bought a whirlpool fridge with her pension with the vision that she bought a fridge from a renewed company and showed faith in the company.

But her thought broke in a span of one year. Her fridge started troubling her after one year of purchase. Since then she is continuously contacting the customer care off and on for repair till today

This is really humiliating and harassing a company like WHIRLPOOL is giving bad services to the customers. I will make sure that I will spread this to other public not to buy WHIRLPOOL products.

We really had a bad experience. THE COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY !

Each and every service they dodge more than thousands. This time (today ) the person forced to fix something cost 2k to rectify the water incoming problem. As I was not in my home it has become easy to dodge

3 to 4 time complain in th service centre and company also but no any technician come an visit at home no response any iwhat is this?

Whirlpool company should not be responsible for any problem in washing machine product...i think we will be think and then buy ...

Extremely disappointed with Whirlpool. The refrigerator arrived with a damaged handle and deep scratches inside the unit. It’s shocking that such poor-quality control exists at a reputed brand like Whirlpool. The handle design is flimsy and feels very cheap—definitely not what you’d expect from a premium appliance. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this Whirlpool refrigerator to anyone. Very poor quality and customer experience.

Most 3rd class company with customer service

It is name sake free service, but we have to buy the drum cleaning powder from them for high cost. If we already have the powder, we have to pay for the service. Rude customer service

Whirlpool has the worst service, Please refrain from buying any product (specifically refrigerator) from this company. I have had several calls with customer care for a service request and all in vain. I strongly recommend not to by Whirlpool product.

I would not like to give 1 star also, Whirlpool refrigerator doesn't work after 2 or 3 years, after we need to sent to scrap.my freezer only works and technician came ask 500 rupees then he suggest turn off your fridge for two days it will works,same routine we done for cooling after they changes same parts issue gets worsen, totally I spend 5000 rupees issue not resolved. Then we turn on fridge it's completely down. After I send mail to regional manager , he calls and ask to give 500 rupees our technician will rectify the issue, the money I gave to technician is enough to buy new fridge.after I send the fridge to scrap they give me 1000 rupees they said in our warehouse most number of fridge is Whirlpool, he found the issue of the fridge, actually board is not working it cost around 4000 but it not sure works for long, he suggest me don't buy this brand, poor customer service. Atleast the person found what's the issue but Whirlpool technician totally unaware what's going on.

The most useless service and product is Whirlpool. I am using Whirlpool microwave and I was facing some issue. I complained and it has been 20 days now and there is no response till now.I have sent mail to Whirlpool CEOs mail id but they also have no answer. This company has the worst service and product.
