Very pathetic service from whirlpool. Don't buy any products of whirlpool. Customer service very pathetic.

I have complaint against refrigerator 17 may but no response from service provider and service area manager not picking call. Very poor service and I suggest any one not buy any whirlpool appliances.

Less then a year of purchase the washing machine model 33010 lock was not working,making funny sounds, showing E3F5,sometimes lock doesn't open and costomer service is so bad they scold us for complain, doesn't register the problem ,told us lier, lied about sending a technician,just want a refund take your box back,u people are not professional not helping,should have never bought anything from whirlpool

I registered a complaint related with whirlpool refrigerator yesterday 8.10 AM. The customer care executive said within 24 hours the service provider will reach at my home. A call has been received at 11 AM. then after no intimation received yet. I called at 5 PM to that number. Again the same response, within hours the service will given. Today also I contacted customer care executive. But no proper response has been given. I didn't get any service yet.

I am writing this to express my worst experience with Whirlpool service.

My split AC has not been cooling since Sunday (08/06/2025), and with the ongoing red alert in Delhi NCR due to rising temperatures, this issue is becoming increasingly urgent. I raised my first service request with service ticket #GHA08062569104 however I never recieved any call from technician. I was regularly following up with customer care and I was always told that I'll receive a call with in 2 hours however I not yet received a call and when I called customer care on 13/06/2025, I was told that this service request is cancelled and they will take another service request for the issue. As I am really a cooperative person, without arguing I asked representative to take a new request and share me the service centre no. So that I can also coordinate with them.

On 13/06/2025 a fresh request was registered under service ticket number GHA13062539011 and I was also given service centre phone numbers 7251887410 Shivam/Priya 8595504634. I called these numbers but no one received call till 14/06/2025 10 am so I again called customer care and I was told no service centre is assigned to my service request and this really shocked me as I am waiting for my ac service since 1 week and it seems issue is getting repeated to my 2nd service request.

I really need support now to identify the issue happening internally as it is really a high time for me and I am helpless.

Could you let me know the expected resolution time?

Despite offering some quality products, their consistently poor customer support remains a significant barrier to sales and long-term customer trust.

Their service is not good extremely ignorance of customer problem. No action be done by company.
I am customer of whirlpool approx 30 years but their service is not good like before.

Extremely tereible customer service. Whosoever is buying the products from this brand, expect to bear the maintenance cost double the cost of product on your own. #Boycott whirlpool

A few days ago I registered a complaint and requested a technician to repair my AC. A call from one of your branches came and he told me that the technician will be there today. Everyday he keeps saying the same thing, no one has arrived yet, it has already been 5-6 days. And now he isn't even picking up my calls. The customer service is very bad!

Worst experience regarding customer service in Sri vijaya puram . Since I brought AC I have asking for installation of my AC from whirlpool customer service on 05 June still they are not responding and giving me dates.. Why I brought whirlpool AC.

Worst service . Within an year pvc of the ac get failed. The customer service is worst , they give no proper reply and no fix is done . They will just postpone your request . Such a bad service . Please don't buy any whirlpool product you will regret at the end.

Bought a new washing machine a few days ago and till now a serviceman has not showed up to set it up, even after my dad called and was promised the same. So disappointed in your service.

Don't buy any product of whirlpool.. third class service experience and product also.. service technician gave just explanation not service and charged 3 times higher than market as well as they register only simple complain and next is out of record and charged tomuch

I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool's customer service. Despite raising multiple complaints and following up several times over the past month, there has been no proper resolution provided for my issue. The service team has been completely unresponsive, lacking both professionalism and urgency. It's unacceptable for a reputed brand like Whirlpool to offer such poor support and leave customers without any clear updates or solutions. This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had.

We bought 15 AC but 4 out of the 15 Whirlpool air conditioners installed at our premises are not working. These four units are not cooling at all from the very first day of Installation, and this has caused significant discomfort and inconvenience.

We have been calling service centre repeatedly, but there has been no response or resolution from the company's end. This lack of support is extremely disappointing, very bad service.

One of the worst service ever I experienced from a reputed brand. Didn't deserve indian market.. boycot Whirlpool
