I'm extremely disappointed with my Whirlpool washing machine. Purchased 2 years ago, it's been a constant source of frustration. Despite regular maintenance, the machine has broken down 3 times in 2 years, requiring multiple repairs.
The issues started soon after the warranty period ended. Each repair cost was substantial, and the machine's performance has been inconsistent. The latest repair didn't even fix the problem completely.
Given the frequency of breakdowns and poor performance, I wouldn't recommend Whirlpool washing machines to anyone. The brand's reputation for quality and reliability seems undeserved in my case.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Whirlpool and its representatives regarding a Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased from Girias, Koramangala in September 2024, along with an additional 2-year extended warranty, for which I paid extra.
In May 2025, the refrigerator developed a gas leakage issue. I promptly contacted Whirlpool customer care, and after nearly a week, a technician named Mr. Ravi Kumar (Contact: 8861522263) visited. Despite my valid warranty, I was incorrectly informed that I had no warranty coverage. I was then asked to pay ₹3,030 for a new 2-year warranty and an additional ₹2,500 in service charges — totaling ₹5,530.
After making the payment in good faith, I was assured the repair would be completed within 2 days. However, it has now been over 20 days, and no one has responded to my follow-ups. I have also attempted to contact Ms. Pooja (Executive, Contact: 8448839149) and Mr. Ravi Kumar multiple times, but my calls and messages remain unanswered.
This level of service is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Whirlpool. I feel deceived, and I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my complaint and the lack of accountability shown by your service personnel.
