Great company and a great product.

Great company and a great product.
I use my leatherman wingman multitool a lot and recently I broke the tip off the blade and Whitby and co replaced it free of charge with a new identical model.
They were easy to deal with and quick service. Thank you from Richard

They Consistently size their knives smaller (woopsie, we didn't realise) they say. BS. Other companies do not do this.

Sometimes the official descriptions given by whitby to retailers is false also.

And I am talking about big differences in description here.

I.e. I recently bought a 3.5" knife blade that was actually 2.75" and listed as 3.5 on EACH website it was sold on.

But it has been this case for years. On the smaller sheath knives too they are very misleading.

In fact the only whitby knife I have bought that wasn't misdescribed (I own several) is a big bush craft knife, though probably because they realised it would be obvious if they took off the same percentages of blad length as their smaller knives.

All in all this is frustrating and has lead me to return a lot of knives at my own expense.

I of course always except a knife to be smaller than advertised with whitby and this shouldn't be the way.
