Brilliant service, had our caravan serviced by them, very helpful, pleasant and telephoned us when it was read to collect, before we expected it to be.
We also bought an awning, which, unfortunately, was not in stock, they placed an order for us and it was delivered the following day. Everything was in the box except the roof liner. This was not a problem, they arranged for it to be delivered and it came the next day. Very very helpful, thank you

Well if you need your caravan repaired talk to sue.sorted our water problem on our cadiz.just goes to show all heros don't wear capes.

We personally dealt with Connor who was absolutely fantastic throughout, this is our first caravan and he made the whole process so easy and explained everything throughly, even emailed over help after we received the caravan. They have a great range and lovely staff and cafe. Highly recommend!

Previously purchased two caravans from this place went back for a valuation on my current van offered an amount but could not proceed went back 4 weeks later and was offered £3000 less. Questioned why apparently they had to lower the prices but they don't lower the price they sell them at. Also tried to say there was no record of the offer felt as though I was being accused of lying. No customer service at all only time they are all over you is when you are spending money nothing for loyalty they are all for profit - would not buy a tent peg from them - try further afield if you are looking

White Arches Caravans have been very supportive in helping us get our Rushden Branch Royal British Legion Trailer fully serviceable for another year or two, possibly longer. Their Service Co-ordinator Paul was so helpful throughout the process, helping us understand the importance of tyre life, securing portable items such as a gas bottle and advising on good maintenance. The repairs and quality of service is second to none. Completion costs were very reasonable and consideration in us being a charity was very kindly given. Thank you White Arches Caravans for your totally reliable service and generosity. We look forward to doing business with White Arches Caravans again in the future.

We travelled to many dealers looking for a motorhome, white arches was the only dealer who we found friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Rob and Mark made us feel welcomed from the first visit, no sales pressure at all. We actually decided to go with white arches which was further away than others just because of the amazing service we received, we know the after sales service would be the same. They made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended

This is our second Motorhome that we purchased from white arches and both times Colin Wardell was our salesman he made us feel relaxed with the purchase from start to finish.

From our initial telephone conversation, with Colin to viewing and subsequently purchasing our campervan, everything went so smoothly. Thank you very much, Colin and White Arches Motorhomes.

Twenty plus years of loyalty to this company was it worth it ?, in a word no.
Over the years we have purchased several new caravan from White Arches and it goes without saying not without the occasional problems ie, front roof light leaking and total front roof replacement and cooker virtually coming out, not to mention control panel being replaced several times, I could go on, but no we took this all in our stride as we all know things do happen until now.
Caravan booked for service end of last year for 20th March 2024 informed of faults cooker panel split again and fridge door top hinge loose.
On arriving on said date service manager was fiscally shown problems again.
We were phoned the next day to say the cooker panel was not under warranty and in any case if we wanted it replaced they had not got the part, bearing in mind we told them 4months earlier about it. Now on collecting the caravan from its service on getting it home I discovered the fridge had not been repaired so in my annoyance I did the repair myself but the best of it is we were charged for it. On questioning this the service manager said the engineer had put shims in the bottom of the door to make it shut properly clearly something that was not needed as the top hinge was still loose which you can’t get at unless you take the fridge out.
I requested a refund of what I was charged and was told he the service manager would call me back, this hasn’t happened. This is a brief outline of our experience not a judgement it’s up to the individual to make a decision on this company.

We were let down by White Arches 3 months after ordering a new caravan - told they were no longer a dealership and couldn't fulfil the order. Generally not very customer focused as we were left with no options and having to find another dealership, and place another order with a further wait. Strangely they came back by phone the same day and said they could get a caravan. I'm not sure how, as ours was ordered with specific options. By that time we were rather suspicious of why, how etc.

The whole experience from start to finish was pleasurable. Paul and his team were polite, knowledgeable, very helpful and fixed all our snags / issues with our brand new caravan purchased froma sister company.
The coffee shop was excellent value and good food. The shop stocked everything we needed.
Have no negative comments - would highly recommend this company if searching for a caravan.

I went into White Arches on Friday 16th February to get some guidance on purchasing a Motorhome and was greeted by and man who from the start seemed to have a total lack of interest in my enquiry. I told him I had a budget of around £50k and gave him the reason for looking. He simply told me to have a look round and when asking for further guidance repeated that. Quite simply not bothered. He seemed to be more engaged with the badge on my jacket than helping me!
I was left to my own devices and had a look round. Our paths crossed whilst doing so but he really didn’t want to engage in conversation, even after telling him I was interested in about 4 of the vehicles. Having had a look I called into the office to thank him and he just told me to come in when I was in a position to buy. I had already decided, thanks to his attitude that I won’t be buying from White Arches Motorhomes. If he had listened to me he would have noticed the two vehicles I was most interested in were above £50k, as I have the money for a higher budget but will be spending it elsewhere!

If you want to be put off motorhomes and caravans deal with Colin. Guaranteed to do the job, should have been a politician.
Dreadful everything including aftercare.

Starting with the receptionist, Sue. She was clearly interested welcoming and helpful. Made us feel ‘not like any old customer’ by remembering us from several weeks ago and our questions at the time.
On arrival for the service, we were treated efficiently and promptly with great courtesy.
The following day we had a communication advising that the work had been done and on collection found the caravan was thoroughly hoovered and left in excellent condition and in addition work done to wall paper joints that was not charged for nor in the service schedule. Very impressive!

Our motorhome leisure battery warning light started to flash which meant it was not charging properly. We contacted White Arches and spoke with Neil from their service department, who after some investigation it was found that the charging plug had been disconnected. As soon as we plugged this in the problem was resolved. If it wasn't for Neil our holiday would have been curtailed, so a massive thanks. Robin & Jenny

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank White Arches very much for the assistance I received on Saturday when we arrived on site to find that our fridge was not working. Having checked everything and read the instruction manual we still had no power to the fridge. Realising that Saturday afternoon would not be a good time to get help we decided to contact White Arches. The salesman I spoke to was helpful but not hopeful as their technicians had finished work for the day. Nevertheless we received a call back from him advising that a technician would contact us shortly. True to his word we had a call from their technician who diagnosed the problem and talked me through the process to fix it. I did have to call the technician back when I hit a snag but he gave me clear instructions and confidence and in no time at all the problem was resolved.

Many thanks to you all and especially to the technician for giving up his own time to assist us. We very much appreciated it.

We bought a new Autotrail motorhome 3 years ago the sales staff were really good but the after sales was not we have had several faults,toilet door wouldn’t open ,breaks squeaky,water pump beeps all the time,tracker rings us every time we drive the vehicle,sat nav is c——
I know this isn’t the fault of white arches but every time I take it back about a 200 mile round journey it is not sorted ,I wouldn’t buy an Autotrail again and buy from a dealer who repairs the faults

Sold us a lemon and we lost our on holidays all summer why they fob us off. Avoid this place.

Brilliant place with sooo many caravans of all shapes and sizes to look at.
Good prices, no pressure, we we're left to just walk around as we pleased.
So much choice.
Great coffee shop on site with lovely staff.
There's also a shop on site with everything you're ever going to need for caravaning, camping etc etc.
A brilliant place to visit .

Dreadful customer service. We went to look around and enquire about a motor home and no one bothered to come and ask if we needed help. After looking around we went in the office to ask about a couple of motor homes only to be told to go away and look the details up online as they didn’t keep any information in their sales office, which seemed utterly bizarre! We will be taking our custom elsewhere.
