Perhaps the first English review for whiteaway.
I had very good experience with Whiteaway previously, easy buy, quick delivery, and friendly support service. It made me recommend Whiteaway to many of my colleagues. But since this time, my experience may hensitate me to recommend Whiteaway further.
It is still quick and easy buy, but the service support has turned 180 degrees. Before they contacted the me to agree a workable delivery time during the day, they were punctual and helped me carried the box indoor. This time the service support lady was rude and only thing she basically said was "check your email and track the order yourself". Well, when email indicates the estimation time, the actual arrival time is 30min delayed. and the delivery guy refused to help me deliver the goods to my door. I have to carry it upstairs myself...
Not sure if anything will be changed, but my 2 complete opposite experiences within a year makes me want to submit a review here. I would like to stay customer with Whiteaway, but probably not if the service quality curve keeps going down with this sharp curve.

I think we've had a few english revievs before, but thanks a lot for submitting this review and thanks for mentioning a previously good experience with us. Good experices are often shared (if they are really good) and I see your earlier recommendations of us as a sign of your previously good experience.
I have forwarded your review to the support lady you spoke to. Normally she's delivering excellent service so I expect her to take advise of your experience.
Regarding the delivery, you mention that you earlier expericed help to get the box indoor. As far as I can see, your last order was back in march and you ordered your white good carried in and with mounting as well. This time you ordered with our standard delivery whiwch is delivery outside your estate. So you actually got what you paid for this time. However I'm sorry that we didn't meet your demands!
