I placed an order on the 18th of December and relieved on the 21st (just 2 working after).

Placed an order for an electric shaver late evening on a Thursday night, and on Friday morning had already received email updates that the product was packed and sent to me.
Saturday morning and the delivery was at our doorstep.

Really happy with the fast service from Whiteaway. Made it much less stressful for this Christmas gift purchase

Excellent customer service.

Couldn't deliver my purchase in time for Christmas, so I got upgraded to an more expensive model, almost twice the price. For me it isn't about the money, but that they take action, and makes sure i got my present ready for Xmas. Thumps up

Good service. I had to make some changes to my delivery and they were very flexible; the delivery was also very fast.

Almost perfect buy.
Dryer was chosen before - whyteaway just offered best price. For us was extremely important delivery time.We contacted service and they confirmed - if to make order before 19.00 then package can arrive in 2 days! That was perfect. We made order and then appeared extra service - delivery next day for 49 kr. Even more better. So we made it and there was just a small "-" in that - delivery time, announced in track&trace, was changed few times. But at the end delivery was made next day just after 12.15. Thank you for such nice cooperation!

Bad company. Lies about payment methods and refuses to make a legal deal. Horrible service and not helpful support.

Buy on your own risk. You have been warned.

Terrible after sales experience. The washing machine we bought malfunctions all the time. Their repair service called Service Center Gruppen Samsung made the repair process a nightmare. They artifically drag the repair on and on in order not to exhange the washing machine for a new one. Total lack of transparency when it comes to rules. Every time you talk to a different WhiteAway representative and they contradict each other. I was told by them that there need to be "3 visits" by a technician before a refund, then that there need to be "3 closed cases" and then that each cases can be composed of multiple visits! And I am supposed to keep getting days off work for one unsuccessful repair attempt after another after another.

Bought and AC from them with home delivery, they took my money, sent me a track and trance, but when 18:00 rolls around on the day of the delivery and there was no AC in sight i wrote to costumer support.

Here they tell me that the AC i bought, and they took money for, is no longer being sold. WTH kind of company takes money and sends a track and trace for a product they don't have.

Wasted a day waiting for a product that was never going to arrive. Don't shop here.
