Whiteaway totally neglects ANY attempt to Get in touch with technical support. Their service partner in Norway also refuses to answer several attempts to contact tech support. Find another store and don’t by Bosch products.

Horrible horrible first experience of shopping from this website.
They simply delayed my order for more than two weeks, just a couple of days before delivery date. Not once, not twice! 3 subsequent times! It seems they don't have any plan to deliver and I regret not cancelling my order the very first time they did this.
I'll never ever buy anything from them ever again!

BAD SERVICE! Stayed home from work to recieve my new dishwasher. White away left me a message the day before saying they needed to speak to me, did not tell me what it was about.
I called them back but was not able to get through to them. I left them 2 messages. Today I called them 3 times, always busy, they never called me back. I left them 3 new messages, asking them to call me. Finaly I call the White away-office, they tell me they cannot deliver today, it'll be tomorrow.
I have now waited from 7 am until now - 1 pm, and had I not called the 'head-office' I would have waited all day for nothing. And I will have to stay home from work again tomorrow. I will not use WhiteAway in the future.

Even if you order a small delivery, expect you will have to wait 12+ days. Also, you cannot plan the actual delivery day until about a day after you've made the purchase with WhiteAway.

Unless much cheaper, buy from other supplier who allows you to schedule time of delivery within reasonable timeframe

I order a oven and next day bring it, Is raining and the driver live it out in the rain and he refused to live it in the entrance of building.4m from his truck.
i ask his trolley to do it my self and he refused and say maybe it broken.. I refuse this service and give it back.. and what he do? He drag to the truck.. now no problem to broke....!!

Ordered two products. Both delivered on time, one damaged. Opened an RMA case, but Whiteaway doesn't care. Two weeks gone by, but no response from Whiteaway, and when I call to follow up, the response is oh we sent our vendor an email, but they haven't responded. So that is my problem how? To top it all off, the customer service agent, when I told him that last time I followed up, his colleague has told me that she would ensure somebody got back to me the same day, replied: "I can't be responsible for what my colleague told you." Really? I'm wondering how long Whiteaway would be prepared to wait if I wasn't following up on my own? Why do they make their delivery of a damaged product my problem?

Cheated for cash back despite the evidence! Regret that we bought from WhiteAway. DO NOT BUY via WhiteAway! Do not use WhiteAway. During the order process a deceptive cheat commercial popped up, breaking all marketing ethics. If we reviewed the product on Siemens website after we startede to use the product, there would be cash back and we would get up to DKK 750 (EURO 100) back. Unfortunately we trusted WhiteAway. Neither WhiteAway nor Siemens will refund Cash Back, despite the fact that we have nicely written two Siemens product reviews - and despite photo evidence of the pop-up window in connection with our purchase and written confirmation from two WhiteAway employees! Neither WhiteAway nor Siemens will take responsibility for their mistakes. In addition, WhiteAway promised fast delivery within a few days. WhiteAway ended up pushing the delivery time a five times, each time with another 2-3 days of delivery time, which is why we had to wait 2 weeks for our delivery! Unacceptable for a family of four. Professional customer management does not exist at WhiteAway.

Horrible delivery options with their usage of EHB montøren who only has times once a week. Something Whiteaway does not mention before after you have made a purchase. After this, you have to pay fees for any changes, even though they fail to properly mention delivery times. We had to wait over 2 weeks to get our product delivered. Additionally, the company randomly called us trying to sell us a competitors product after we had made a purchase.
